Cx complaint is that the unit is not igniting the LF burner. Upon arrival I found that the burner is not igniting consistantly. I removed the burner head and inspected the burner head and found some rough edges in the simmer port. I then attempted to remove the orifices to verify they are the proper ones and found that both are cross threaded and tight. I am ordering the orifice holder and burner head and orifices. cx says they can see the wires on the left door and the ice will occasionally come out of the door. also says the doors swing open way to hard. the wires showing are whats normal on the kickplate(pic). there is ice in the dispenser area. tested the unit multiple times and the dispenser is dispensing ice and not cating any with the seperator. they never hear the auger energize then the ice falls from the door. i believe the ice is just stuck at the seperator. cx thinks the door is unsafe. called tech support and spoke with a derick. instrucxted cx to fully push in the ice paddle. nothing more to be done for wires showing or for the door to be swinging

CX complaint Single WALL OVEN light stays on. Replaced Apl mgr. Measure L1 L2 & check neutral. All voltages good. Test latch switch & motor by doing self clean & in diagnostic. Same issue - light is on as soon as breaker is on. Cannot toggle oven light using UI & stays on when oven door closed. Again P5 connector of new harness previous tech installed does not match wiring harness of Tech sheet or serivce manual. P5-2 on the harness is vacant while tech sheet showing black wire to bulbs. Traced black wire from each bulb harness back to a splice on L1 from conduit to oven. See SDpics. Order 1 more main harness. Send to JJ to inspect.
