"cx complaint unit powers on and starts but doesnt actually run. inspected unit and verified complaint. f4e4 L2 voltage error, f3e6 moisture sensor open, f4e1 heater relay problem, f4e3 restricted airflow. cx said vent was cleaned last week which was after dryer failed. unit getting proper 240v. thermal fuse tests good. heater tests good. no power coming out of control. unit will need control and moisture sensor harness. unit stacked in closet and will need 2nd tech to unstack dryer. not enough room to use step ladder to get top panel off. i was only able to because im big and leaned the dryer on me, no stack kit installed. quoted cx 519.30. cx paid 120 service call and wants to shop around before continuing with repair. advised service call is good for 30days.; ordrng 1 W10845086 (control) and 1 WPW10298258 (sensor harness)"

"cx complaint is the unit not making any ice. when i arrived the unit was set to warmest setting in RC compartment, prob shows 42. freezer was set to colder, prob shows 13. evap cover is not iced up but i did find a package of pie crust that fell behind shelves that was blocking air vents at bottom of evap cover. unit is pulling .8 amps when compressor is running. i found evap has a little frost at the bottom of the evap but no frost on the rest. CX complaint is that the unit is not cleaning. I found that unit to have a F8E3 and F8E4 error code stored in diag. I was able to access the float tray and found no water in the tray. I ran a test cycle and found the unit tobe opperating as designed. CX had suds residue inside the tub. I edjucated CX on the affects of suds in the diswaher. CX is going to run white vinagar cycles to address the suds and sanitize the unit. Install and Instruct has been Fulfilled. Unit test good.

RC temp is 58. freezer is covered in frost build up and fan is hitting ice cuasing noise. cleared all ice. i found the defrost heater was not sitting in the drain pan properly. the tabs that hold it to the pan were not folded over the heater. moved heater and used tabs on drain pan to hold it in place. unit is now working as designed. person who was home was a friend of cx and said he didnt want to sign TY card. left card for cx."

I'm getting 11K Ohms. I then checked the Heater Harness. Found that the Brown Wire has backed out. Heater Harness ohmed out to be 80.1 Ohms. I then removed all Ice with Steam Gun. Plugged Heater in and taped the connection. Tested the Heater Element. Heater Element is Heating. Unit is working as Designed. ( Please see Sd Pictures if any questions.)
