Cx complaint is ignitor getting stuck on. Only happens with the front left burner. If you turn the burner off and back on it does not correct it. Only way to correct it is to nudge the burner heard with something. Does it with no pot/pan and the downdraft off so eliminated them being an issue. "I foun d the unit to be heating as designed. I found that the unit has a possible airflow blockage in the venting. I started teh unit on a sensing cycle and tehn inspected teh venting louvered venting on the outside of the home and found little to no airflow. I was able to expolain and edjucate CX on how to check propper air flow by removing lint trap and then the ventin behind the unit eliminating the venting though the wall as well as airflow blockage. I found 35 ft of ventring from unit to outside with 5, 90 degree joints. I advised CX to call a licensed vent cleaning Company to inspect and clean venting. No parts where replaced."

cx says the unit is still ocassionally getting a f8e1(fill) error code. confirmed the f8e1 error code and cleared. ran the diagnostic cycle and the unit is filling draining agitating and spinning good. in spin the unit started squealing loudly. ran diagnostic and component activation and unit is filling good with all valves. drain hose installed good. pressure hose is not clogged. called tech support and spoke with a steve. double checked everything and everytheing is correct at this time. tech thinks there is a supply issue with the water to the unit since the control was just replaced and there was no change to the issue. cx to monitor the unit while washing. unable to duplicate the fault

cx complaint is when door opens all the way and then closes there a pop and loud saound. tested and checked over unit. saw unit has vent bklow out piece at bottom of the door that hits botton of cabnit since units built into counter and does not have all the floor roon as a normal install. was able to adjust vext and adjust but unit set to top. went over everything with cx and shower her as well. advised cx if sound comes back they will need to remove lower wook kickplate and shave down some. she was not happy and old unit didnt make sound or have issue but old unit may not of had vent. unit checks and runs as it should. job complete.
