F6e3 communication acu error F0e3 overload F0e5 off balanced load F7e9 locked rotor CX complaint came down to unit and found water all over the floor. Arrive today and inspected unit. Found four error codes in unit cleared error codes and ran a test cycle unit ran the test cycle and never finished control locked up. I had to disconnect power to resetting unit found unit is plugged into a older receptacle powered unit back on and checked for error code and had F6 E3 inspected unit for leaks and could not find any signs of leaking. I did find drain hose connected to unit was kinked fixed drain line to make sure unit flowed freely ordering control for return visit scheduled return visit.; ordrng 1 W11419051 (Control)

Customer complaint unit filter is not coming out. I found the filrter is missing the cap. The filter was very tight in it.
