Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dryer isn't powering on. Checked the voltage at the Terminal Block. L1 to N =123.6 volts. L2 to N = 123.4 volts. L1 to L2 = 247.1 volts. I then checked the Thermo Fuse. Thermo Fuse is reading Open. Installed new Thermo Fuse. Tested the unit. Unit is working. Unit is Heating. Unit is working as Designed. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures. ) ( Cx will also need to have there vents cleaned. Gave the cx a certified Vent company to try out.)

"cx within 30days of previous visit and within 1 year of replacing lid. cx complaint after replacing lid last visit, unit worked for one cycle then the next cycle it failed to unlock lid. inspected unit and verified complaint. plugged unit in and it kept trying to unlock lid continuously and flashing f5 briefly on display. cx mentioned they had to push down on lid to get it to lock for cycle to start. was able to get lid unlocked by pushing down on lid and pressing power button. found front corners of lid were touching but middle is crowning at the strike so it couldnt unlock lid. tested lid several more times after getting it unlocked and its working everytime at this time but cx still wants lid replaced again. ordering lid, call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on part; ordrng 1 W11256781 (lid(REORDER))"
