Cx complaint is that the unit is making a loud noise. Upon arrival I found that the FC evap was frosted over and the fan is hitting the frost making the noise. Cx stated that the fan has been replaced twice before by another service company. I checked the pantry harness and UI and verified that both are serviceable. I then entered into diag and ran test 3 and 36 and found that the fans are all running smoothly. I then entered test 38 and found that the Ui is not allowing the long forced defrost option. I entered it into short cycle and found that the unit is not entering into defrost. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx paid the service call and is deciding on the repair. Cx is also looking into getting and extended waranty.

CX complaint unit is not cooling completely in refrigerator after my previous visit. I had found evaporator fan in RC section was not turning on arrived today and removed inside of unit. "Customer complaint is that the unit is noisy when running. Unit tested and ran normally. Had the customer add a load to the unit to see how it handled the added weight. Unit ran properly. Did notice that the padding around the UI wire hole was folded over and contacting the drum. Padding pushed back into place. Suspect something may have gotten stuck between the felt and bulkhead or between the blower wheel and housing, but had since cleared itself."

Reran the test cycle and the drain pump ran for a very long time, but did finally start running the test cycle. Suspect an issue with the pressure switch. "CX complaint unit was not drying dishes as they once were. After a previous text visit, he had found the heating element was disconnected from sump assembly. Causing heating element to not heat and dry dishes. After previous tech visit, he had thought that unit may need a new sump assembly, which was causing the issue. Arrive today and inspected unit checked for error codes and had none present. Ran a test cycle unit completed cycle with no issues all functions worked properly inspected inside unit and found middle spray arm to be completely clogged, which could be the reason why nothing was getting washed in the middle of the unit. Removed spray arm and cleared debris. Retested spray arm is moving and is clear of any debris. Speaking with customer he has stated since last text visit everything has been working fine and dishes have been drying, he has stated he did not want to replace sump because it is working. He has stated if this continues to happen again, he would give us a call. But at this time does not want to do any further work. I explained if this happens again and he gives us a call. We will come back out with a clear door but it would be a new service call. Unit is working as designed job complete."

Cx complaint is that the unit is not igniting the LF burner. Upon arrival I found that the burner is not igniting consistantly. I removed the burner head and inspected the burner head and found some rough edges in the simmer port. I then attempted to remove the orifices to verify they are the proper ones and found that both are cross threaded and tight. I am ordering the orifice holder and burner head and orifices. Cx complaint is ignitor getting stuck on. Only happens with the front left burner. If you turn the burner off and back on it does not correct it. Only way to correct it is to nudge the burner heard with something. Does it with no pot/pan and the downdraft off so eliminated them being an issue. "Cx complaint poor wash.Ran diag, found F5E1and FcE2. The door latch worked ok. Ran the complate test cycle with a bowl on the top rack. Spray arms turned, but the bowl took long time to get filled by the water. The water pressure created by the wash motor seemed to be low. Hot water temp from the sink faucet 119F. Ordering sump/motor assy. Return visit 6/1/23; ordrng 1 W11178672 (sump/motor assy)"

"Cx states lint accumulating in corner of trap, inspected and confirmed. Used dryer vent test kit to test air flow, card would not fall off hanger with vent connected, disconnected vent, card came off immediately. Informed cx there is restriction in vent, advised cx to hire vent cleaner. Unit is working properly."

CX complaint: after repair unit was leakinginspected unit confirmed drasin hose came lose resecured drain hose and tested unit. unit now working as intended.

cx complaint is the breaker tripping randomly. when i arrived breaker was off to unit. i turned breaker on. it is a GFCI breaker. i tested unit multiple times and found it did not trip. tested amp draw and it never went over 14amps. i advised cx breaker is the issue and gave her contact number for eaton electrical from service pointer. unit is working as desgined.
