Unit seems to be working properly but CX has been having a lot of difficuklty getting clothes dry. Replaced control, tested unit and it is now working properly. If this problem persists, it could possible be a burner problem. I did not smell any gas and burner was working but there were a couple moments that the burner sound was different than normal. "CX complaint was that the unit stop mid cycle and door is locked. I found that the unit was DOA. I was able to access the control and inspected teh cpontrol board. I found that propper 120V's at the control , but no flashing indecator light was lite . I was able to take a reistanse reading of the drain pump for the J15 connector pins 1&2 (white / pink) and foud 19.7 OHM's of resistanse witch is in spect. I was abel to inspect the underside of the unti and found oil dripping form the gearcase and rotor cover. I also foun d that the rear panel in the area of the inlet valve as weel as the inleft valve harnss are rusted and corroded. I am orderign all parts needed for repair. Cx complaint is that the unit is not cooling like it should. Upon arrival I found that the evap cover has frost built up on it. I tested the thermistor and found it to read 5.95 K Ohms while encased in ice. I was able to access the evap and defrost using my steamer. i then replaced the thermistor. the cx says the freezer has been building up frost in the freezer. the cx has recently defrosted the entire unit. cx has recently replaced the main control per another companys recommendation. double checked part number. says he has felt the heat coming out of the element when he put it into defrost. door gaskets look fine. test 1 and 2 pass. test 3 both fans are blowing good. test 38 the unit went into a defrost and the element didnt heat. found 31vac going to the element when isolated. resistance of element is 30ohms. p2-7 to . called tech support and spoke with an ed. cx does not wish to proceed at this time; ordrng 1 W11089931 (ui(195.68))

"CX complaint is not dispensing ice. Inspected/tested unit and found two possible issues. IM was frozen solid and auger could not turn blades in bin it is however making ice at this point. Broke up ice in bin and when dispensing it was dispensing crushed and cubed ice at same time. Ice dispenser dripping because warm air is getting up inside bin. I couldnt see any defect in ice door and explained to CX the need to make sure chute is clear after dispensing by holding cup under for a few seconds. When I dumped ice out it appeared the blades were almost stripped which could be causing the mixed ice issue. Ordering ice bin, ice door and new coupler to make sure of proper seating betweeen bin and auger. Cannot reschedule due to lowes contract. Also ordering ice door in case returning (cont); ordrng 1 W11244434 (ice-contnr) and 1 WP2220458 (coupling) and 1 W11423781 (ice door)"
