Remove consul and found 120 V going to control board. Found when trying to turn Consol on it would not power on. I was able to place unit into diagnostic mode and found both error codes above. When attempting to erase codes, it would not allow me. Separated consul from trim piece and found there has been water damage on control due to moisture. Attempted to clean control and consul would still not power on. Was able to tap the power button a lot and it finally powered on and then would start draining and display error code above. "Customer complaint is that the unit is unresponsive. Unit plugged in and tried to see if the unit would power on or enter diagnostics. Unit did not respond. Checked power to the control and confirmed 120VAc, but the diagnostic LED is out. Unit powered down and UI disconnected. Power restored, but the diagnostic LED is still off. Found no Dc voltage between J14-1 and J14-4. Unit needs a new control. Tried replacing only the control, but with the console plugged in, the control diagnostic LED would go out. Unit needs both the fascia and control. Customer does not want to move forward with the repair."

I attempted to adjust the leveling legs but found that the rollers were holding the unit and the legs were loose. I found that the floor is lower under the back of the units. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Oven is giving a error code. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error codes are F8E1 = Cooling Fan Motor. Checked the Cooling Fan Motor. Harness is fully connected. ( Cx states another company put in the Fan Motor and tested unit. Still same error codes popped up.) F2E1 = Stuck Key Checked all the keys to the unit. All Keys are working. Oven lights are not working. We will need to replace the main Control Board = W11034208 & Fan Motor = W11107275. If the cx calls back order these parts. Don't go without parts. Cx paid for the service call only by Card.

CX complai t is that after repair the LED 's are still flickering in both the RC and FC. I found that the RC LED MOD is faulty . I was able to capture origonal FC LED. I removed the newly installed FC LED MOD and replaced it with the origonal. I am ordering 1 RC LED. CX was oring. charged $68.15 for FC LED and $4.09 taxes for total of $72.24 . The amount of $72.24 has bee applied to new total of $243.67 with a diiferance of $171.43. I collected the differance of $171.43 via credit card. CX is paid in full . Cx complaint is that the unit is leaking from the bottom LH side of the door. Upon arrival I found that the gasket is not seated against the door properly. I then removed the outer door and verified that the dispenser is not leaking. I then ran the diag test and found that the door is only leaking at the LH portion of the seal. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. THe gasket was previously replaced in October and is less than a year. Cx paid for the service and labor. Customer complaint unit Rc is cooling but the FC is not cooling. I found the unit is not cooling correctly. 38 in the refrigeraror and the frezzer is in the teens. I tested watts to the compressor and on low speed is reading 65w on hig is going to 150. TEchsheet is from 80 to 140. So is going too low and a bit higer that normal. No frost complete frost patter on both evaps. Custoemr could not produce POP theyh are going to look for it becasue the unit is going back to 2016 and entitlement is already pass but they said they bought it like 3 or 4 years ago. The fergusion guy told me they are going to look for the receipt and will send it to the email on the receipt or call the office. Quoted for complete repair. collected 120. Owes $1201.43.
