Evacuated system and charged system with 120psi of nitrogen, Held 120psi for over 30mins, vaccummed unit down and held a vaccum for over 20mins. No leaks detected. Replaced compressor ,vaccumed and filled with 45oz r-600. Unit is now working properly."

Reinstalled unit to countertop And tested inspected for leaks had no leaks. Unit was working and had no error codes. Present unit is now working as designed job complete"

Once steam option started while running water was leaking out the front of the door. Inspected door and found seal to be properly installed used a little adhesive at bottom of gasket just in case. Inspected nozzle and found nothing blocking or making it spray in a direction. Its possible that the inlet valve is letting too much water through. "cx complaint unit dropping ice on floor and freezing items in rc intermittently. inspected unit and verified complaint. cx said freezing issue has happened twice, last time unit was set to 40 in rc and he bumped temp setting up to 42 and nothing has frozen in past 2weeks. unit set to 42 in rc and 4 in fz. ran thru service tests. rc thermistor 44, fz thermistor 4, rc max 48, avg 39, min 33. noticed ice container was a little frosty and ice at top of container was clumping a little. noticed light frost on ice door gasket and condensation on ice duct gaskets. ordering gaskets and ice container and ice door to see if that helps with cubes falling out. advised cx there may be no change to cubes falling out because if theres any left in chute it will eventually melt and fall out.; ordrng 1 W11574764 (ice container) and 1 W11189145 (ice door) and 2 W11227369 (ice duct gasket)s and 1 W11625086 (ice door gasket)"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dryer is taking multiple times for the clothes to Dry. I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are 8:88 = no errors. I then checked the Blower Wheel. Blower is packed with Lint. Installed moisture sensor. Removed all Lint. Tested the unit with meter. Dryer is showing pPoor Dry. ( Cx will need to have the Vent Cleaned. ) Unit is heating. Unit is working as Designed. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)
