"cx complaint is a loud noise from the FC section. cx had video of the unit making the noise. sounds like a fan rattling. inspected evap fan. fan is running quietly but evap is frosting up. frost pattern is heavier than normal accross most of the evap. inspected rear of unit and found noise is from the compressor. condensor fan is quiet. if i touch compressor noise goes away. i tried loosening and tightening the feet and adjusting the copper lines to get noise to stop but it continues as soon as i stop touching the compressor. ordering compressor, couplers and stub. schedule with SS tech when parts are avialble. cx is going to call whirlpool because they want unit replaced not fixed.; ordrng 1 W11578205 (compssor) and 1 W11504431 (coupler) and 1 W11504415 (coupler) and 1 W11506621 (coupler) and 1 W11506635 (stub)"

Customer complaint unit is not cooling correctly. ios about 42s in the Rc and freezer is still freezing but is in the teens. I tested the compressor and on the techsheet is says the compressor should run at about 98 watts. The unit is reading 168watts. Compressor is really hiot. And no full frost pattern on evap. "cx complaint is the unit banging around and making grinding noises. cx says it happens whenever anything other then small loads are run. i checked for codes and found F2E1. cleared code and ran service cycle. unit completed cycle with no issues. pushed basket down and it sunk easily. let it go and it sprung up and back. suspension is worn. inspected under unit and found scrap marks on rotor from hitting the pan under unit. removed rotor and found slide and clutch are rusted and binding which may be the cause of the noise. unit will need suspension, slide and clutch. i raised the feet and calibrated the unit. quoted cx for repair. she paid in full. schedule when parts are available.; ordrng 1 W11130356 (suspension) and 1 W10754448 (clutch) and 1 W10734521 (slider)"

F9e1 drain issue F7e1 single speed failure Fae2 vent wax motor CX complaint unit every time tries to start. It trips the breaker. Arrived today and inspected unit placed unit into diagnostic mode and found three error codes above cleared error codes and ran a normal cycle unit ran for 10 minutes with no issues forced to drain and unit completed tested a few more times and never had any issues went to reinstall terminal block cover after checking voltage and found 122 V AC went to install cover and could feel electricity coming through my hand. Inspected harness and found no pinched wires or anything out of the ordinary. Started cycle and wiggled power cord coming into unit and unit tripped breaker. customer is going to need an electrician to come out and inspect. Possible power wire issue coming from house. Explain to customer he needs to get a receipt showing the electrician came out to inspect or repair. Unit is working as designed job complete
