Tried to fill with water test 97 and water valve activate and fills but intermintently. Sometime in test 97 water valve activates for a second the shows FF. I reset unit by turning it off at the breaker and got unit to work properly. Advised customer to keep and eye on it and allow 24hrs for icemaker to make ice. Unit is now working properly."

Customer complaint unit is stops cooling and she has to flip the breaker when breaker comes on the unit is displaying warmer temps and takes a few hours to come back down and refrigerator is warm and freezer items are thawed. Ice cream is soft. I tested temps and found the temps in the freezer is 2 and refrigerator is 36 after reseting the temps went to FC 8 degrees and RC 46. The unit is cooling and is making ice so if seems like is beeing affected by run times. Usually witht this issue is the UI at the front. "Customer complaint is a unit is not making ice. I first put unit into manual diagnostic test mode. The first four tests everything passed recirculating pump turned on and water was pumped across the evaporator plate. The next test was reservoir drain pump. I checked and found that the drain pump is not removing water from the reservoir. I have 123 volts ac at the drain pump wires going to the drain pump. I then select the next manual test which is compressor and condenser fan test. I inspected evaporator plate I could see that it was frosting over like it should I checked the condenser fan at this time and found condenser fan is not moving. I found condenser fan plugged in. I then checked for voltage and had 121 volts ac to condenser fan motor. I selected gas valve operation and compressor and and gas valve was energizing. I explained to the customer the reason why the unit was not making ice at this time was due to the compressor and condenser overheating because of fan is not pushing air across the condenser. Even though the new fan was replaced I'm not sure if it was operating at the time that it was replaced. I advise customer that compressor was most likely overheating and shutting down and or the condenser was overheating and not allowing thermal dynamic transfer of liquid refrigerant changing to a gas refrigerant. Customer would like a brand new compressor now because of the circumstances. Unit will now need another compressor, another condenser fan and now reservoir drain pump. Ordering parts.
