Arrived today and verified complaint remove top of unit and found door spring not to be tightened correctly and had came loose. Tightened both sides of door hinges and made sure switch was working properly unit is now closing properly and lights are coming on as intended. Unit is now working as intended collected $120 for service call job complete.
