"Freezer is 13 degrees when set to 0 and the rc is 44 degrees set to 39. At the control, p5 pin 1 to 2 fc thermistor the reading is 22k ohms @3 degrees. From p8 3 to 4, is 25k ohms @3 degrees. Pulled the unit out and had it sit in the kitchen for 60 min and the temp went from 13 to 3 and was dropping. The vent being covered may be an issue, or thermistor or control. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dishwasher will not Drain Water. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error codes of F9E1 = Products not Draining. Checked the Drain Pump by hitting the Cancel button. Drain Pump activated. I then checked the Drain Hose by disconnecting the Garbage Disposal. Garbage Disposal is backed up with food. Dishwasher will not Drain because of this. ( Please see Sd Pictures. ) Cx will need a plumber to resolve the plumbing issue. Ran a service Test on the unit. Unit is Draining Water into my 5 gallon bucket. Showed the cx this as well. Unit is working as Designed. ( Advised the cx that the unit is not a garbage disposal to Rinse all food into the sink. Even had the cx sign on the tyc card stating this.

"CX compolai t is that the auger motor is constintly running. I was able to inspect the auger motor, door harness , Ui control and harness , and door switch. I folund the unit to be opperating as designed. Thge Icemaker is producing good ice as well as the auger motor is dispensing cubed and curshed ice . I found no concerns with the auger motor and temps in the unit are at 38 in the RC and 1 in the FC temps taken with thermacoupling). I advised CX that if the noise happens again to captuer on visied with FC door closesd and opened for 10 -15 sec and send vidoe to office. Service charges are covered under 30 day call back."

"CX complaint: door switch not working. Tested and verified complaint. Door switches were not turning lights on and UI showing open door. Twice whil working on unit i did get functioning door switches. Both times it was while i had left RC door switch out. Once placed back in it stopped working and i was careful not to unplug switch as placing it back in. At this point i cannot rule out the posabilty that this may be a wiring problem. Ordering other RC swicth, FC switch, control and UI. Upon return visit try replacing control board first, then test. At this point, if still not working, call TL. UI and RC and FC door switches could come into play but not necesarily. I want all possible parts on hand, unit might be unrepairable.
