"cx complaint unit loud during spin, shaking walls. inspected unit, no errors stored. cx had full load of towels going upon arrival. cancelled cycle and ran drain and spin with full load of wet towels. unit spun perfectly and didnt make the noise. advised cx that if its not making the noise now with a full load of towels then issue is more than likely theyre loading unit improperly and its getting off balance. cx played me video of noise from other side of wall and it just sounds like things in house vibrating from unit running, doesnt sound abnormal to me. advised cx im unable to recreate issue at this time and to try and put a pad around hoses to prevent them from tapping. unit is operating as designed at this time"

cx complaint unit makign loud vibrating noise during cycle. inspected unit and found that the unit does not produce the sound while hand turning the drum. disassembled unit and jumped door switch to find that the unit will vibrate excessively while running strictly the motor with nothing else attached and drum completely removed. failed motor. went to replaced however the blower wheel is so seized on from the vibration that it will not remove. contacted trade care team since blower is a direct result of a failure to a CBE part (motor). trade care refused additional parts coverage. quoted cx for repair and scheduled for 6/7 since parts in stock. cx will owe 120 labor on return; ordrng 1 WP697772 (blower wheel)
