"CX complaint right front burner will not light without using a lighter. Bake does not ignite either. Arrived today and inspected unit and verified complaint found right front burner never ignites. Tested bake burner and heard oven Click but never lit. Started with right front burner and removed burner head and made sure it was clear of any kind of debris. Removed orifice, and inspected and ran wire through orifice to make sure there was no clogs. Checked orifice number to make sure it properly stated for LP Being that an LP kit was installed by installer I wanted to make sure all the orifices were correct. Reinstalled all parts and tested burner now lights within three seconds. Could have been possible clogs in orifice Removed door and everything inside of unit removed bake burner and removed orifice Found orifice was a 125 when it shouldve been a 105 for LP replaced with correct orifice. Also, when removing igniter, I had found igniter came right out like it was not attached to wiring to properly ignite. Pulled unit from countertop and remove back panel made sure everything was securely connected after reinstalling igniter, reinstalled all parts and tested unit unit now lights after one click on baking. Went over unit with customer on how to use properly as she was not 100% sure. Unit is working as intended job complete"

Cx complaint unit not making ice. Cx stated it randomly works. Was able to access unit and found that the harness at the bottorm hinge was broken. Due to failed harness door will need replaced. Ordering door which will ship to cx who will contact us for return. Return will need scheduled with a 2nd tech to help balance and feed the wires.; ordrng 1 LW11037733 (freezer door stainless)

Cx complaint unit not cleaning dishes. Was able to access unit and found no saved codes. Ran diag test and found filled but motor sounded weak. Opened door and jumped switch to find water only barely comes out of spray arm. Ordering sump assembly and setting return for Wed 6/7/23; ordrng 1 W11025157 (sump assembly)

I was able toa ccess and replace the sump & motor. Unit test good.

i found unit had flooded and been under water would need compressior and both control and thermstat cx doesnt want to fix unit its not covered .
