cx complaint is the unit freezing food in the RC section. when i arrived the unit was set to 41/0. prob shows 26 on the top shelf of RC. damper cover has frost on it but damper was closed when i arrived. it opened on its own with no issues. entered diagnostics and found the RC thermistor is showsing 50degrees dispite it being 26 in the RC. i repalced harness with preIDed part and set unit to recomneded temps. cx paid in full for repair. advised cx to give it a couple days for temps to fully adjust. workign as designe.

cx complaint water is still filling bottom of unit even when no in use. cx has to hit cancel button a couple times a day to drain or it will leak on floor. inspected unit and entered diag and found f6e4. ran auto test and found unit finished test without issue. I found inside of unit smelled really bad. I checked drain line under sink and found drain line falls under drain line for sink. I moved DW drain line up and zip tied it to sink. now line is above drain for sink. I also checked check valve and found it to be working as design. drain line was the problem. unit now checks good.

cx said since last vist FC section has been building up frost. confirmed complaint. entire inside of FC is covered in frost. door gasket is not sealing along the center edge from about half way up to the top. i removed all frost/ice. replaced control board. heater/evap harness is not correct. heater is very smalll. part number does not match the part number. ordering correct harness/heater. i used heat gun to adjust the door gasket. it is now sealing. restored power and set to recomdned temps. ordering heater with harness for return visit.; ordrng 1 W11650661 (heater with harness)
