cx complaint unit wont start a cycle. inspected unit and entered daig and found 0 saved error codes. ran auto test and found unit did finishe cycle without issue but lid did not light up that it was locked even though lid was locked. tried a quick wash and found lid locked and unlocked then just sat there and sensed. i unplugged unit and plugged unit in and found unit now works as design. cx stated they has power outage on friday. unit now checks good.

"CX complaint right front burner will not light without using a lighter. Bake does not ignite either. Arrived today and inspected unit and verified complaint found right front burner never ignites. Tested bake burner and heard oven Click but never lit. Started with right front burner and removed burner head and made sure it was clear of any kind of debris. Removed orifice, and inspected and ran wire through orifice to make sure there was no clogs. Checked orifice number to make sure it properly stated for LP Being that an LP kit was installed by installer I wanted to make sure all the orifices were correct. Reinstalled all parts and tested burner now lights within three seconds. Could have been possible clogs in orifice Removed door and everything inside of unit removed bake burner and removed orifice Found orifice was a 125 when it shouldve been a 105 for LP replaced with correct orifice. Also, when removing igniter, I had found igniter came right out like it was not attached to wiring to properly ignite. Pulled unit from countertop and remove back panel made sure everything was securely connected after reinstalling igniter, reinstalled all parts and tested unit unit now lights after one click on baking. Went over unit with customer on how to use properly as she was not 100% sure. Unit is working as intended job complete"

Customer complaint unit is leaking. I found the freezer is overflowing then i found the RC evap overfrosting. Found the right door gasket is failing is not dealing correctyl. Thawed all the ice from the RC and the pan is bowing. Extra moiture is coming in and leaking water into the RC compartment and the FC evap area. I clear all the ice and tubes and now the unit is draining. But the pan is bowing and needs a gasket. Ordering Pan and gasket. Completed cycle with no vibrations. Unit is on pedestal. Customer had a small load of clothes And we ran a quick wash with that load of clothes unit completed full cycle and spun with no problems. Called Techline using the same SR# as before. They had stated this is a loading issue if there was no problems during the service cycle, it comes down to loading. CX complaint DW water & condensation can be felt around the sides of unit & drips down the sides. Replaced tub & fram seals. Open inner door & checked vent. No signs of moisture. Edges of inner door show water stains outside of seal. Cleaned off stains & deposits. Ran test wash & start Normal cycles. NO LEAKS > JJ

Cx complaint is dryer not drying clothes properly. Found the vent to be defective not allowing proper airflow for the dryer to work properly. Unit failed airflow test 3 consecutive times. Removed vent from dryer and unit passed airfvlow test. Cx has to have vent replaced for unit to work properly. Job is complete.

cx complaint nosie when closing door. arrived inspected the complaint and after installing door cam i think door and hinge needs to be replaced to fix this issue. some times the noise happens then other times you dont. ordering right side door right side hinge.; ordrng 1 W11104459 (door) and 1 W11240748 (hinge)

cx complaint unit locked shut. inspected and unlocked via manual test mode. checked for error codes and found f2e1 and f7e1. ran auto test cycle and found failed motor capacitor. unit will need parts.; ordrng 1 W11428524 (capacitor)

cx complaint the unit throwing error code. found error F3. temp sensor is Open. gave cx a quote for the repairs. landlord didnt not pay svc.

"cx complaint water pooling in rc under pantry drawer. inspected unit and verified complaint. found drain clogged with some gunk. cleared drain tube and cleared iced over drain with steamer. also noticed rc drip pan not lining up with drain in liner. realigned drip pan. tested unit, advised cx to monitor and call back if issue persists. if cx calls back, may need to call techline for collapsed drain"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Range Oven is taking multiple clicks to Ignite the Right Front & Left Front Burner. I then checked the Burner Heads. Found that the Ignitor slots and base of the Burner Heads are not aligned properly. Aligned Left Front & Right Front Burner Heads. ( Technical service pointer : W11643965 Rev A. ) Tested the unit. Unit now ignites on the 1 - 3 clicks. Unit is working as Designed.
