cx complaint that unit is dripping water from under the grid down the bin of ice that makes the ice clumpy fuse together an then also the ice is small when drops into pile.. i found no issues with opertions no noticable cut on the wire of grid and did change the ice level thickness from 4-6 size. but ordering new grid and bin thermistor along with time to see if the leaking dripping stops being i made the ice thicker not as prone to drip. call to reschd accordingly.; ordrng 1 W10919199 (cutting grid) and 1 WPW10511923 (bin thermister)

"cx complaint is a loud screaching noise during spin. cx says its the same noise as before. i checked for codes and found F0E0 ?, F0E5 off balance. cleared codes and ran service cycle. unit completed it with no issues or noises. inspected under unit and found nothing out of place. belt and pulley look fine. no issues with drive motor and belt is not hitting the guard. adjusted motor to make the belt as tight as possible. ran high speed spin and calibration cycle with no issues. advised cx if noise returns to record a video and call us back. unit is currently working as designed. cx paid service call."

"cx complaint unit still intermittently not spinning clothes out on quick wash. cx said clothes are dripping wet and theres a puddle in drum, cx cant remember how big of a puddle so i dont know if its not draining or just not spinning well and puddle is from clothes dripping. no errors stored, autotest runs fine. drain pump reads 19ohms, should be good. seems issue may just be that cx is using quickwash for all loads, cx said he was told he can use quickwash by installers. called techline, TL agrees quickwash not designed to handle average full size load. advised cx only use quickwash for washing a couple items at a time and to use normal for his average load. cx understands. unit is operating as designed at this time"

cx complaint is the unit dripping onto the floor. cx finds moisture on the console and underside of countertop from door gasket not sealing. cx also says door still pops open during cycle. i found no saved codes. cycle was just finishing up when i arrived and console was covered in water. underside of counter as well. water then runs down the sides of the door and puddles onto the floor. replaced door gasket with preIDed part and left door closed while unit was still steaming hot. no steam or moisture made it past the new gasket. door does open very easily. hinges were replaced before. ordering latch and strike for return visit.; ordrng 1 WPW10653840 (door latch) and 1 WPW10544004 (door latch strike)
