Per previous tech I was able to access the door latch. I found that the tabs on the panel that the latch bolts to are sheared off. I looked the panel up and found that it is NLA. I informed the cx that the part is no longer available and that we will not be able to repair the unit. Cx will need to be reimbursed for the cost of the parts and any other fees neccessary. "cx complaint is another bulb inside the unit blowing. bulb has been replaced 3 times already, the socket and wiring harness have also been replaced. i found bulb broken with the metal part remaining in the socket. i called techline to documet as this is a repeat issue. they had me verify the outlet is wired properly, had me verify door is not being slammed/kids arent running around causing vibration issues. outlet is fine, cx is not abusing unit. techline said there is nothing else to try besides replacing the bulb again. replaced bulb with preIDed part. light is now working. gave cx SR#. they are not happy with the unit and dont believe this bulb is going to last any longer than the other 3."

Cx complaint 1st time tried to use and wont power on. Arrived today and inspected. Found breaker is on but is connected to wall outlets as well. The wall outlets are GFI. Found one outlet to have no power. Inspected power supply under unit and the wiring is all over the place and not properly done. Tested voltage going into unit and had .622vac. Spoke with landlord and she will have an electrician come and and make sure everything is properly done and will retain the paperwork explaining what was done. Cx will call if unit still does not power on after electrician is finished.

Checked the Drain Pump section. Found that the Cx has a mouse that has chewed on all the Wires. No voltage is coming to Drain Pump. "cx complaint is the unit not running cycles. checked for codes and found F5E1 lid switch fault, F0E3 overload, F7E9 locked rotor, F2E1 stuck key. cleared codes. i tried locking the lid but display went blank, lid latch did not click at all. lid is starting to break at the left hinge. hinge looks fine but trim along back of lid is seperating and glass is pulling up away from the plastic underside of the lid when its being opened/closed. i found nothing out of place with drive motor. basket spins freely. ordering lid latch and control board for return visit. marking lid for use on return beings i wasent sent with it. schedule when approved.; ordrng 1 W10810403 (lid lock assy) and 1 W11182868 (control board)"

"Cx complaint that the unit is shaking violently. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and ran a test cycle. All components passed with no issues. The unit does aggressively shake during the spin cycle, but it is within normal range. I explained that the unit is pretty light and spins at a high speed so vibration is normal during the spin cycle with clothes in them. I told him no parts replacement will aleviate the shaking. The unit is level and the suspension is good. The unit is working as designed."
