"cx complaint unit leaking on clean washer cycle only. all other cycles run fine with no leaks. cx thinks unit may be overfilling. inspected unit, no errors stored. autotest runs fine. pressure hose is clear. started clean washer cycle and waited to see where it stopped filling. it stopped filling an inch below double line in basket. then when it drained the water out, found the utility sink the unit drains into is draining too slow and spilling over, pic saved. advised cx it doesnt do this during normal wash cycles because they dont fill up with nearly as much water. advised cx to call plumber to correct slow draining sink. unit is working properly. cx paid 120 service call with c/c"

CX complaint unit is not cooling properly. Arrived today and verified complaint found freezer at 4° but found refrigerator at 56°. Placed unit into diagnostic mode. All thermistors past attempted to run evaporator fan and air baffle and had no movement or fan blowing. Found new frost on back wall and Ill be evaporator cover. Icemaker is still making ice. Ice box fan thermistor checked out as well as fan is still blowing. Ordering parts for a return visit and CX will make unit accessible being that it is stuck in a very tight area and they will clean the inside of the unit. Will return when parts arrive. could not call Techline due to them being closed at this time. ; ordrng 1 W10846539 (Evap fam motor) and 1 W11256332 (Evap cover) and 1 WPW10248595 (Air baffle) and 1 W11087438 (Evap fan motor)

cx complaint is the unit filling with water even when not in use. when i arrived supply was turned off. cx turned hot and cold on and water began trickling into unit. i turned cold supply valve off and water kept trickling. hot valve is letting water pass through. water still trickles with unit unplugged. no saved codes. i replaced valves with preIDed part then restored power and water supply. unit did not leak. i ran a service cycle and calibration cycle with no issues. unit is working as designed.

"cx complaintt hat after cycle of clean washer it doesnt go away with the clean washer and flashes the f2e2 code UI disconnect.. recalibrated unit and ran auto test cycle along with manual operations and had no operational issues with agitating, spinning, draining locking etc. was able to flush unit out with load of water to flush any execc affrsh they said was still in unit. and reconnect and disponnct the ui and test on normal and appears to just a one off code bc no signs of any issues with the board UI today. unit checks good, if csall back presumes"

the unit was off when i arrived. turned the unit on and the compressor started up. when pierced the unit had pressure in the system. replaced the compressor and vacuummed the system down. the unit held pressure for 10 minutes. filled to weight and checked for leaks. ran test 4 and step 1 pressures are equilized to 20psi. step 4 low side pressure is -5psi and high side pressure is 55psi. step 5 low side pressure is -10psi and high side pressure is 65psi. the unit is now cooling good.
