After agitation unit goes into spin but while in spin cycle, theres also a rumble noise. Could not remove agitator to inspect hub, but that part was just replace two visits ago. Went under unit and removed shield remove splutch pulley, and found gearcase oil leaking through the center clean area and replaced splutch an actuator powered unit back up and tested again and noise is still there. Unit is going to need a new gear case and other drive components will replace when parts arrive. ; ordrng 1 W11454734 (Gear case) and 1 WPW10006384 (Belt) and 1 W11550891 (Agitator) and 1 W10528947 (Hub)"

"cx complaint unit leaking on clean washer cycle only. all other cycles run fine with no leaks. cx thinks unit may be overfilling. inspected unit, no errors stored. autotest runs fine. pressure hose is clear. started clean washer cycle and waited to see where it stopped filling. it stopped filling an inch below double line in basket. then when it drained the water out, found the utility sink the unit drains into is draining too slow and spilling over, pic saved. advised cx it doesnt do this during normal wash cycles because they dont fill up with nearly as much water. advised cx to call plumber to correct slow draining sink. unit is working properly. cx paid 120 service call with c/c"

Cx only having issues with one type of drinking glass, stress cracks forming internally from thermal cycling over its lifetime, recommended cx stop using those glasses. "CX complai t is that the icebin is jamed and the auger will not turn. I found that the ice was jamed and possible frozen in place due to ice build up in the ice chute. I was able to use a steamer and attempted to steam under the installed icebin , I also was able to steam up from the dispenser throught the seperater and removed the ice blockage. I was still unable to remove the icebin. Bin is jamed and fragmenting in the door. I am orderign 1 ice maker (W10908391), 1 ice bin (W10910401), 1 control board (W11099340), and 1 LH door (W10849515 ). I have informed CX that it takes 6-8 weeks for new door to direct ship to home. CX will inspect the door and call office to set a return date.; ordrng 1 W10849515 (LH Door) and 1 W11099340 (Control) and 1 W10910401 (Ice bin) and 1 W10908391 (Icemaker)"
