(cx very irate). ran unit for another 30 minutes on regular cycle, found unit leaking from right side, pulled unit out to find top rack not sealing to cabinet causing leak to happen from right hand side of unit. gave cx whirlpool contact number as well as tradecare phone number. cx advised he wants a new unit. called techline to document. spoke with Chris. was advised to ask cx to clean inside of unit with stainless cleaner, if spots don't come off then its a defect in the metal and can be replaced.; ordrng 1 W11596053 (Tub Mount, Third Level Rack (right Hand)) and 1 W11579562 (track)"

CX complaint unit is not heating arrived today and verified complaint found with unit on new heat is being produced disconnected power and check voltage at wall and had 240 V AC. Pulled unit out and check power at terminal block and head 248 V AC across both L1 and L2 two. Remove back panel And ohms out thermal fuse and found it read 0.00 and out heating element and read 9.6. Replaced TCO kit plugged unit up and had heat retightened power wire at terminal block. Found L1 to be loose reassembled unit and reattached vent tested again and unit now has heat. Unit is working as intended. Job complete.

Cx complaint unit was really sweaty on the inside and the unit isnt making ice in the rc. checked temperture setting and it was set at 44 for rc and fc was set at 5 degrees. After checking temps the rc was at 46 and fc at 8. found unit on warmest temp setting. ice bin was full of ice in the rc. The FC was packed with food and may have had the door cracked and ice maker got too warm and stop making ice. lowered temps reccommended settings. Customer is going to call us if the unit stops making ice. Unit is working.
