"Cx complaint of unit leaking. Documented damages. Per cx, 'My cleaning lady put clothes in the washer then walked away. She heard a loud sound then came back to the door of the unit open and water going everywhere. She then unplugged the unit.' Unit is slightly unlevel. Dispenser drawer was not in rails. Secured dispenser drawer. Ran unit through clean washer cycle. Removed drawer of stand to watch for leaks. No signs of leaks from rear, underneath or front of unit. While in cycled tried to lightly open door and door is locked securely. Ran through a normal cycle with towels no signs of leaks. Unit is working as designed."

CX complaint unit is not cooling as it should arrive today and inspected unit and verify complaint found temperatures at 28 in freezer and 56 in refrigerator. Removed control and inspected and found control is correct and not double sticker. Removed everything from inside freezer and found frost on the back wall. Removed eve app cover And found evaporator frosted over melted ice away with steamer and found defrost harness brown wire was Deepend from connector. Repaint connector and using electrical tape secured pen to connector just in case it ever try to back out again. Melted the rest of the ice away reassembled unit explain to customer give it 24 hours and check back to make sure there is ice in the bin and temperatures are good. Temperature was set to ideal temp and freezer was set to ideal freezer temp. Unit is now working as designed job complete

"cx complaint units IM was turned off and the cx left for 5 days. on return IM was turned back on and IM never made ice again. 2 weeks later they had a power outage and unit lights never came back on and front UI was lit up. could not dispense water or ice. then he was finally able to get unit to reset and unit came back to life. took FC temp and found -6 degrees. test 56 was blank, no code at all. test 57 I found no movement from IM. I then pulled out of diag and found unit was not acting right. I found no lights no fans, front UI was lit up, dispenser was not working. breaker was reset and I found unit came back to life but IM then harvested and then would not find home postion. called TL found deli UI is having the issue, TL recommended repalcing deli UI and harness. n; ordrng 1 WPW10503833 (pantry UI) and 1 W11170612 (pantry harness)"
