"Customer complaint is that the unit is not cooling properly and the ice maker stopped working before the cooling issue started. Model/serial # is missing from the unit, but was able to verify information via the customer's purchase receipt and registration card. Inspection of the fresh food evaporator found the evaporator is frosting over. Per SP W11329116C, ordering updated control and cover. 2 labor count and parts covered under S27311. Inspection of the ice maker found the fill tube wiring intact. Unit would not run diagnostics, kept resetting. Cycled power to the unit and retried test 120 and the unit reset again. Possible issue with the ice maker, but could just be a control issue. Will need to retest the ice maker after the control set is replaced. Fill tube wiring good; ordrng 1 W11333076 (control) and 1 W11167902 (cover-evap)"

tried to get unit uninstalled but regulator wont fit thru hole in ceiling of cabinets under unit. tried to unscrew regulator but its overtightened and had to fight to get it to budge. only got regulator to turn a half a turn before it stripped out and cant grip it with wrench anymore. cant grab top of regulator with wrench because its too close to ceiling of cabinets. advised cx they need to have handyman make hole bigger so regulator can fit thru it. cx understands and will call back once unit is accessible.; saved tckt

"Customer complaint is that the drain pump is running continuously, had to unplug the unit. Unit plugged in and allowed to run for 3 minutes to see if the drain pump would turn off on its own. Drain pump did stop on its own. Checked for stored error codes and found F0E5. Ran test cycle and the unit failed to shift properly, was trying to turn the basket, but the washplate was being turned instead. Inspection of the drive system found no obvious issues. Ran manual diagnostics for agitate and spin and agitate works properly, but the splutch is not dropping into position to properly spin. Tried changing out just the actuator, but the issue remains. Unit needs a new gearcase, splutch, and actuator. Tried to remove the washplate, but unable to. Ordering washplate and bolt.; ordrng 1 W10752187 (screw) and 1 W10902814 (washplate) and 1 W11454734 (gearcase) and 1 W10913953 (actuator) and 1 W10721967 (drive pulley)"

"F6e4CX complaint unit is not draining. Arrived today and verified complaint found sitting water in unit when I arrived tried to force drain and drain pump would sound like it was trying to come on but no water was being pushed. Placed unit into diagnostic mode, and checked for error codes and found one error code above. Cleared error codes and attempted to run test cycle unit filled and started washing drain pump and not pump water out when I forced it. Removed all water with shop vac and removed old drain pump and replaced with new. Powered unit back on and tested pump sounded stronger but still was leaving water inside tub. Drain line is clogged but I cannot see through drain line because it is an aftermarket hose and black. Ordering drain tube for return visit. Customer states they are going to have a garbage disposal replaced before we return. The current garbage disposal is older and does not have a direct line going to it. TL said diverter motor reading should be close enough. cx complaint is the unit displaying a F8E0 error code during use. cx said code has appeared when using upper and lower ovens. i checked for codes and found F8E0 lower fan speed under speed saved 4 times and F6E0 oven UI lost comm saved 6 times. i cleared codes. tested both oven fans. both sound fine. i called techline we checked voltage to the board from hall effect sensor on the upper oven control board. it is getting a signal. they advised replacing that control board and replacing the console. replaced control with preIDed part and restored power. ran a bake cycle in both ovens. both heated with no error codes. ordering console and harness. schedule when available.; ordrng 1 W11616680 (user interface) and 1 W11233570 (harns-wire)
