cx complaint unit leaks from both side of bottom door. inspected unit and entered diag and found 0 saved error codes. ran auto test and found unit did not leak when running auto test. I did found door was not closing correcly. I found right side of unit was lower then left. I was able to adjust feet and get door to close. I also found both spray arms to be clogged with debris. i was able to clean the holes out and found spray arms now rotate when running. I could not duplicate leak. unit checks good.

I then ran Service Test 15 - Emitters Board Test. Emitters goes from 02 to 01 once I put my finger over the optics. Checked the Freezer Temperature with Meter. I'm getting 20.3 Degrees. Refrigerator Temperature is 45 Degrees. Unit will need a Seal System Repair. Unit will need the Coupler & Drier .Called Whirlpool Techline. Per Whirlpool Techline. Do the Access Valve and Drier only first then Pressure unit with Nitrogen. Check for leaks. came out to resolve tghe issue with the unit. disassemgled the unit as needed. replacdd all parts and tested operation. unit is running as designed. tested all burners and elements. unit is good to go.

cx complaint the unit is leaking. checked the unit and found that the drain hose was not directed to the drain pan. rerouted it so went it drained water would reach the pan. unit is good to go.

cx complaint the unit is not making ice. checked the unit and found that the temps were good to go to make ice and no errror codes present. no water in ice tray either. tested all components and found that the valve is working but the heater has failed so that the water is frozen it the fill tube. unthawed fill tube and tested. water made it to the ice maker. ordering a new heater and ice box fan to resolve the issue.; ordrng 1 W11087201 (heater wire) and 1 W10846539 (ice box fan)

Replaced evap motor/fan per prior diangosis. Checked voltage to fan and got 12.78vdc. Unplugged unit and reset control and fan turned on. Unit is working proiperly now. Informed CX to give it about 24hrs for it to get to proper temps. HM sticky note said CX paid in full on 6/2/23. Job is complete

came out to resolve the issue. disassemgled the unit as needed. replaced all partts and put the unit back together. put unit in a vac and pressure test. unit passsed. added r600 to the system. tested operiaotn. unit is good to go.

CX complaint is flames too low and long oven times. Inspected/tested and actually found unit working better than most propane units. Flames were almost ferfact on hi and low. Turned oven on and it reached 350deg in 15mins. This is a 36in unit so it is normally going to take longer then a 30in oven. I found this unit working perfectly. The CX on original complaint ws flames too high. This unit wasnt converted and the flames were almost 4 inches high. They all have natural gas ovens at home which have higher flames. I explained to cx the differnce between natural gas and propane. CX owed credit of $186.10 for regualtor and shipping. Unit working as designed. Job is completeCX owed credit of $186.10;
