"CX complaint unit still bounces around very violently after my previous visit. I had found this unit needed suspension. Tech came out after and did not replace arrive today and inspected and found. Suspension is still very weak. Replaced suspension with new. spun inner tub basket and found due to banging around tub has now a slight bend, which is causing it to be even more violent attempted to remove agitator and could not separate from gear case ordering inner tub and agitator for return visit. Will replace one parts arrive. CX complaint unit will not wash clothes arrive today and verified complaint found error code f7e1 for tachometer error. Went in diagnostic cycle and unit got to agitate. All we heard was a hum. Went under unit and inspected and found all the capacitor oil had left the capacitor. And there was a puddle of oil on the floor. Removed cover And disconnected capacitor and removed cleaned up all oil and made sure everything else was installed properly and secure. Install new capacitor tested unit after a diagnostic cycle unit completed with no error codes factory calibrated unit unit is now working as designed job complete

CX complaint unit is making a grinding sand lake noise during the spin cycle arrived today and inspected unit and could not verify complaint check for error codes and had none. Ran diagnostic cycle and unit completed cycle with no issue. Removed wash plate and inspected spines and that was good. Went under unit and removed cover removed belt actuator in splutch. And inspected all parts. Found splutch teeth to be a little round. Replaced splutch and belt. Reinstalled all parts and ran another diagnostic cycle unit completed cycle again with no errors. Unit is working as designed job complete

Cx complaint is unit making a scraping noise. Cx had video of sound. Found the blower wheel would rub against the blower housing when alot of weight was applied to the inside of the drum and the bulkhead would flex. Installed foam insulation around the blower housing to space cover out away from wheel slightly. Also found cx overloading both washer and dryer and sometimes clothes were not spun out all the way. Tested unit with wet towels and unit is now working as designed. Job is complete.

Customer complaint unit is goinf stratin to done. I found the unit belt knoced off and the cover pulley is damaged again. I reseated the belt and make sure the nut was tight and raised the legs up to give more space to the unit on heavy loads. Adviced the customer to not overload the unit and to follow direction on the manual for loading and balancing. Unit is back to normal operations.
