Found dryer vent completely clogged and needs to be cleaned. Customer scheduled a vent cleaning while I was here. I found the to be opperating as designed. CX also complaint is the unit slides across the floor. I found the unit tobe in a unplumbed pan and the pan is sliding on the floor. "Customer complaint is that the unit vibrates and knocks during the spin cycle. Customer had the unit loaded and it was spinning on arrival. Found the noise is the drain and water lines smacking against the back of the unit. Cabinet was not quite level. Cabinet leveled and unit tested unloaded. Unit is working properly. Because the unit is sitting in a drain pan and can neither be moved forward or backwards, recommended customer place something soft between the unit and the supply/drain lines to stop them from smacking the back of the unit."

Cx complaint unit is not cooling things in top of RC only bottom. Arrived today and inspected unit found temp at top of RC at 65 degrees. Found in crisper drawer to be 48 degrees. Put unit into diagnostic mode and and ran test 1 unit reading 38 degrees in RC which is way off. Test 56 ti run evap fan and its working. Unit thinks its cold enough where the evap fan doesnt run. Quoted Cx for repair and collected 120.00 for service call. Cx will let us know within 30 days ; ordrng 1 W11395641 (Evap fan assembly)

"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator will not cool. Checked the Compressor for voltage. I'm getting 123.1Volts. I then ohmed the Compressor out. Pins 2 & 3 = 8.9 Ohms. Pins 1 & 2 = 4.2 Ohms. Pins 3 & 1 = Open. Unit will need the Compressor = W10160407, Drier = WPW10143759 & Coupler = W11506635. If the cx calls back order these parts. "cx complains unit is not cooling enough, states this has been happening for 2 weeks. CX also noticed since last repair FC light does not work. RC is showing 66*F, FC is showing 15*F. Evap has 1/2 frost pattern, compressor is running and evap fan is not running even under test 3. Evap fan is recieving 5.9v volts. Called MM about sealed system and was advised to order the sealed system, compressor, evap, drier and evap fan for return visit. When removing FC LED noticed the linner was ruptured by last repairing tech and the led was not plugged in, replaced with VS LED and lights now work as designed. Called techline about the linner and spoke to Steve SR#7735867100 who said that because the unit is out of warranty they dont reccomend any repair to the linner. "Cx complaint white resedue on dark clothes.Ran test mode, no errors. Tested hot and cold valve, tested darin and then water level sensor. Ran a test cycle, the unit worked as designed. Seems like cx runs the clean cycle with organic cleaner and then uses organic detergent for the wash. Called tech line, spoke to Ed, he checked for sewrvice piinters or software updates, found none. But hae thinks tha the issue is how the detergen interacts with water and suggested to use different detergent, warm to cold wash and deep water wash. Instructed cx. Collected $120"
