Placed wet paper towel in microwave and it heated after 30 sec, but the console wouldn't allow it to get back to the home screen. Cx complaint is that the drum is not turning. Upon arrival I found that the unit has the proper voltage. I then found that the relay is clicking when starting a cycle but the drum is not rotating. I removed the front panel and tested the thermal fuse. I found it to be reading OL. I was able to replace the thermal fuse. I then tested the unit and it is now functioning as intended. job complete
