Customer had the unit unplugged. Power restored and the fans turned on, but the compressor did not. Compressor windings tested good. Confirmed power to and through the Orion board to the main control. Compressor has taken out the replacement Orion board. Suspect the windings are shorting when heated up, but test fine cold. "confirmed leak on drier from factory where they pinch it together.. cut drier off and oil is leaking and stinks, replaced the compressor drier coupler and vacume system down and filled and went into vacume. flushed system with nitrogen and same issue. cut drier open 36 and is black inside. so called techline to see if i should keep flushing or unit is to contaminated. nate sr#7736619463 said to try and get clog clear. isolated system and i have oil and little air coming oiut of cap tube isolated from return to cap. put another drier on and filled and same issue. i noticed drain pan has so much oil in it evap was already changed and no leaks or clogs on it. unit has internal clog called techline and documented spoke with andrew. left file number with cx to call lowes; ordrng 1 w10143759 (uv drier SD V/S), used 1 w10143759 (uv drier SD V/S) from stock"

"Cs after repairs unit stopped cooling, confirmed complaint. I found the unit with a full charge, inspected dryer and found it clogged. Replaced drier with vanstock Checked for leak no leaks found, vaccum unit down and held the vaccum filled 4.25oz r134a and set my thermometer. Temps started declining, customer and i watch the temps and gauges together. Temps dropped from 82 degrees to 43 in 15mins when i left. Advised allow 24hrs for unit to cool 100%. If problem persist , reccommended replacing evap."

The unit made a small squeak. Went under unit to inspect and found a very small sign of oil on splutch. Replaced motor splotch and belt and tested unit again, and it continued to make a squeaking noise. inspecting the tub the tub had a slight bow which could be caused by a bad gear case or came from factory. Ordering gear case in tub for return visit. Customer understands tub will arrive to home and to inspect it. Visually the best he can. "cx complaint is frost build up in the FC section, RC door gasket not sealing and poor cooling in RC section. confirmed complaint. RC temp is 50, FC is covered in frost and RC door has a gap in the gasket at bottom left. i removed all frost from FC and cleared air channels going to RC. i started to adjust door gasket again and found a large gap in the liner at the bottom right . front metal lip of cabinet is pulled away from the plastic liner and door gasket is damaged at the right corner. i called techline to document, they labeled unit nonrepairable. Cx complaint is that the unit is going off balance on larger loads and is banging and will not restart. Upon arrival I found an F0E9. I cleared the error and ran the diag test. I found that the unit is able to complete the test without any issues. I then cycled the power and started a drain and spin cycle. The unit entered the cycle without any issues and spun. The unit is functioning as intended at this time.
