"F0e3 overload F9e2 water ring detected F2e1 stuck key CX complaint unit is leaving clothes, dirty and full of lint. Arrived today and inspected unit. Found three error codes above cleared air codes and ran test 51 unit completed cycle inspected under unit and found gear case oil everywhere covering all parts after seeing this, I had found that oil is coming into the inner tub which is causing the customers, white clothes to get brown and black stains over them due to gearcase oil leaking. unit needs all parts that are associated with water being that is pushing the oil around everything in this unit ordering all parts for return visit and will return when parts arrive ; ordrng 1 W10811960 (Inner tub) and 1 W10902814 (Wash plate) and 1 W11393685 (Gear case) and 1 W10915700 (Stator) and 1 W10734521 (Clutch) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch) and 1 W10915701 (Rotor) and 1 W10876600 (Drain pump) and 1 W11172234 (Dispenser assembled w/ valves)"

"cx complaint is the unit not heating and the blower fan only working on high. i ran the fan on all 3 speed settings, i can only hear it running on high. no noise at all on med or low. i heated 1 cup of 65 degree water for 1min and it was 132, after 2min it was 200 and boiling in the cup. i tested again for 3min and did not hear any buzzing from unit. it did nto heat. restarted cycle and it did heat. i removed outer cover and found thermal damage to the cement resistor and harness at that resistor and at the transformer. i found fan only runs on high. fan is not getting voltage on med, low. issue may be harness or board. quoted cx for repair. he paid service call and said he will probably replace the unit.; ordrng 1 W11259892 (cement resistor) and 1 W11383534 (main harness) and 1 W11391718 (control board)"
