Blower#1 wheel is flexing & hitting & grinding at all speeds. Blwr#2 as soon as motor is turned on 2 blades flew out. Put original motor in & no grinding. but noise at low speeds. Original blower assym 2021 build date. New motors 2022. Put original blower assym back in unit & no grinding but low speeds noisey. Called techline SR 7736623337. CX will call KA to ask for a replacement MW. LOOK - vendor parts lookup. Part is shipped without any padding to prevent damage. Still inconsistent ignition - same burners sometimes do not light. Vent pulls flame away from ignitors = ghost sparking at even the lowest speed. Flame height is correct when lit so gas flow is good. "cx complaint is the unit not heating and the blower fan only working on high. i ran the fan on all 3 speed settings, i can only hear it running on high. no noise at all on med or low. i heated 1 cup of 65 degree water for 1min and it was 132, after 2min it was 200 and boiling in the cup. i tested again for 3min and did not hear any buzzing from unit. it did nto heat. restarted cycle and it did heat. i removed outer cover and found thermal damage to the cement resistor and harness at that resistor and at the transformer. i found fan only runs on high. fan is not getting voltage on med, low. issue may be harness or board. quoted cx for repair. he paid service call and said he will probably replace the unit.; ordrng 1 W11259892 (cement resistor) and 1 W11383534 (main harness) and 1 W11391718 (control board)"
