Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Microwave made a banging noise. Checked power to the unit. I'm getting 122.1 volts at the Main Control Board. I then checked the Noise Filter. No burn marks. Checked the Diode. No burn marks. Also checked the Transformer / Magnetron. No burn marks or any damages seen. Ran three 30 second cycles no noise. Cx has a Damper to the Vent system. When the Fan Motor is going you can here it close. As of now I can't get the unit to make a banging noise. I advised the cx to make a video of it happens again. Unit is working as Designed as of now.
