cx complaint is unit does not wash or run right and things are wet or doesnt seem to get water out and run through cycle. unit had wet things still in there so did a drain and spin to get water out. units draining at the same time as filling. it filled awhile hen aggitated a bit then kept filling and draining into pipe on floor. found F2E1 code unit has no issue aggitating or shifting or filling and when canceled drained well. drain hose is on floor through gole and no loup or going up and maybe the gravity is pulling water out. will have cx fix that and will order parts needed. they will fix drain line and if that fixes issue will call and cancel ticket. reschedule for 11/22 or if sooner if we can.; ordrng 1 W11399437 (Drain Pump) and 1 W11626074 (Control)

Customer complaint unit is not starting the unit will just run for 2 seconds and then it stops. I tested and found the unit is detecting the door open. I inspected unit and found the top trim was not installed correctly and the trim was hitting the door pushing the door open when after a couple of minutes.
