"CX complaint is that he is loosi ng cooling i both the RC & FC. I found temps to be 49 in the Rc and 13 in the FC (thermacoupling). I exsposed the RC evap and found partial to no frost pattern. I was able to use a moving mat and puklled unit out. I accessed the compressor compartment and too a AMP draw on the compressor finding only .95 AMP's. I called and spoke to Db (SS Tech) he aggrees with my findings. I am ordering 1 compressor (W10276644), 1 drier filter (WPW10143759), and 1 RC Evap coil (W11492867). I have set a return date for 6/21 , return will need to be 3 call counted. I clooected $120.00 for service charges , 10 year limited warranty covers the cost for parts. Upon arrival I found that the tab that the shelf rests on has seperated from the door and does not support. i also found excessive moisture in the RC section. I inspected the seal and found that the door is also bowed at the bottom and the seal is pulled away from the cabinet. I attempted to work the seal out but found that the door is bowed and will need replaced. I am ordering the door. I informed the cx that the door will ship directly to the cx. Rc fan on step 03 turned on. Removed evaporator cover and found FC fan locked and hard spin. Bad fan. Replaced fan and tested. Fc fan is now blowing strong air. Unit is back to normal operations.

"Cs unit stops cooling intermittenly, confirmed complaints Spoke with techline unit is heat soaked.SR-7736633029. Upon arrival evap had a partial frost pattern, temps at 20 degrees, Pulled unit out found the discharge line extrmely hot to the touch. Pressures low side -8 high 75. Once i pulled unit out pressure went up to low 0 high 120 but unit started building a frost pattern.No dye detected and pressures are good. Frost pattern returned once unit got pulled out the cabinets. Techline recommended to improve ventaltion so i repositioned unit to has 1inch on both side 7 inches in the back 4 inches on top. Owners manual specs. Unit is now working properly. Advised to monitor unit."

"CX complai t was that the unit would not power on. I found that the thermal fuse was O.L. . I was able to access and replace the thermal fuse. I tehn tested unit on a timed dry cycle and found a possible air flow restriction in the evnting form the wall to the out ise of the home. I advised CX to not run any dry cycles until a licensed vent clearning company inspected the homes dryer venting form the wall to the outside. Unit test good. Seal is pinched pretty hard which could be causing the potential leak removed outer door skin and inspected vent wax motor gasket and found gasket to be pinched Which is causing water to pass wax motor and drip and side door ordering both parts for return visit and scheduled customer for return and will come back on schedule date. Water is not dripping crazy and customer could use unit as long as she put a towel down. "CX complaint door gasket is not sealing properly arrive today and inspected unit. Verified complaint found refrigerator door gasket to head came out the track. Inspected door gasket and found no rips or tears. Seated door gasket back into door. Made sure door was sealing properly. Customer also stated that ice and ice bin was clumping together, I found no signs of air leaks into refrigerator or freezer customers ice bin was full to the top as it does not look like ices use that often what is happening the ice is sitting for a long period of time in through defrost cycles. ice gets a little warm, and then when the freezer temperature drops down, it freezes a little bit of the ice together. Found new sign of faulty, icemaker, or temps. Unit is working as designed job complete."

"cx complaint unit intermittently not cooling properly. freezer will thaw out and freeze again and repeat. inspected unit and verified complaint. cx showed me water bottle in fz drawer that was frozen and started to thaw out. evap has good even frost pattern. brown wire to heater is still secure, tugged on it and it didnt come out. added tape to brown wire so it wont back out in future. service tests pass. evap thermistor 20k at 20, rc 6.1k at 53. seems thermistors are being satisfied too soon. replaced both thermistors from v/s, also replaced control even though it didnt have the double sticker. advised cx to give 3 days for temps to adjust and call back if issues persist."
