Cx complaint is that the Freezr is not cooling like it should and their ice cram melts and refreezes. Upon arrival I found that the FC temp was at 22 degrees. I entered diag and found that the FC evap fan is activating but is running rough. I tested the RC fan and the Ice box fan and found that both are operating as intended. I found no excessive frost built up on the evap. Cx also stated that the unit is still making ice regularly and it was having a power failure alarm come on intermittently. I am ordering the fan and LED control and will use the main control on return if needed. "cx complaint RC is not cooling. I found frost build up outside of evap cover. I ran test 5 and found it passed. ran test 13 and found heater did come on. I found 124.5vac from control to heater. i then found 33.6ohms through the heater circuit. I removed evap cover and defrosted evap, removed defrost thermistor and placed in ice water. I only found 2.7kohms from sensor. sensor is faulty. called TL (SR7736633936) to file issue. unit needs thermistor to correct issue. qouted cx and cx accepted. I found thermistor that was supplied was faulty. in ice water it read O.L. pulled thermistor from van stock and found that one was good. cx paid in full. unit now checks good.; ordrng 1 w11396033 (door switch (FG VS)) and 1 WPW10384183 (thermistor (FG VS)), used 1 W11396033 (SWITCH), and 1 WPW10384183 (THERMISTOR) from stock"

Bellow replaced, but did not want to secure properly to the front panel, angle of the outer tub is still off. Contacted tech support to verify spring and strut positions for this unit. Determined that the springs do need to be on the back holes of the tub. SR # 7736632958. Tub shoves the bellow out. Determine long tub was received and installed, needs short tub. the unit was unplugged with i arrived. ran test 3 and both fans activate. when pierced the unit had pressure in the system but also had black oil coming out. replaced the compressor and vacuummed the system down. the unit held vaccuum for 20 minutes. filled to weight and checked for leaks. ran test 4 and step 1 pressures equilized to 50 psi quickly. step 4 low side pressure is 5psi and high side pressure is 125psi then dropped to -22psi on the low side and 125psi on the high side. step 5 low side pressure is -22psi and high side pressure is 115psi and can see the needle jumpping around on occasion. dumpped the charge and swept the system with nitrogen and got a lot of black smelly oil out. called tech support and spoke with a kurt. deemed unrepairable. file number 7736638218.

Cx complaint is unit making a grinding noise. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found unit had a plastic knife in the bloiwer housing from cx trying to remove lint. Removed object and unit is now working as designed. Console is working as designed and is not needed. All functions work proeprly and cx is not concerned about the crackling speaker. Motor and blower wheel not needed. Replaced moisture harness due to it reading OL. Called office and started refund process for blower wheel and console. Job is complete.

Replaced the spark module as per previous diagnosis. Tested and still getting spark on front right the whole time its on and intermitantly front left. I found the front right switch worked properly when i moved switch connection to just above the groove. This only held for seconds before shifting back into the groove. Switch harness defective. Called WPTL to document and he also recommended i bring the electrode harness for front burners just in case. SR7736637232 Ordering 2 electrode harnesses and reordering switch harness. "F0e5 off balance load F8e1 no fill/long fill CX complaint unit will not wash clothes. Arrived today and inspected unit. Found two error codes above cleared error codes and ran diagnostic cycle during cycle cold valve barely put any water into this unit which had caused the error code displayed above unit needs a new water valve. Unit continued through cycle and agitated. did not hear actuator change position but when unit got to spin, the agitator, spun very fast and basket did not move.
