Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the unit is making a loud vibration noise. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test 3 - Fan Motor & Damper Test. No noise from the Damper or Fan Motors. I then jumped the Ice Maker from T & H. Ice Maker started to Harvest and Filled. No abnormal noise. I then ran Service Test 4 - Compressor & Condenser Fan Motor Test. Really loud vibration noise. Checked the Compressor Section. Found that the Condenser Fan Blade loose. Fixed the Condenser Fan Blade. Tested again. No noise. Unit is working as Designed.

cx complaint is unit having same issues. only code found was F8E1. dont know if codes were cleared last time or new code. ran quick wash to let unit run a bit to see what its doing. found hot valve turned off and unit not getting water called for. unit took code first try and all functions and buttons worked when pressed. unit had strong drain. unit went through entire quick wash and shorted each stage in less then 10 min and spun dry and said finished with 12 min left. time said 12 the 5 then 1 and ended. unit will need ACU replaced. as soon as part is in office will schedule. ; ordrng 1 W11632339 (ACU Control) and 1 W11591400 (Console White)

"F0e5 off balance load F8e1 no fill/long fill CX complaint unit will not wash clothes. Arrived today and inspected unit. Found two error codes above cleared error codes and ran diagnostic cycle during cycle cold valve barely put any water into this unit which had caused the error code displayed above unit needs a new water valve. Unit continued through cycle and agitated. did not hear actuator change position but when unit got to spin, the agitator, spun very fast and basket did not move. Ordering parts for return visit ordering extra just in case that way next visit job is complete.
