Inspected the unit . Found that the cx is saying that the unit isn't making Ice. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test 56 - Ice Maker Error Codes. Error is saying E5 = Times Ice Making. I then ran Service Test 57 - Ice Maker Harvest Cycle. Ice Maker Harvested. Ran Service Test 45 - Ice Maker Fill Test. Ice Maker didn't fill. Checked the Fill Tube. Fill Tube is clogged. Removed all Ice. Installed the Ice Maker Blower Fan & Perma Gum on to the Ice Maker Fill Tube. Tested the unit. Reran Ice Maker Fill Test 45. Ice Maker Filled. ( Powered the unit off for 5 - 10 Mins to remove the error for the unit.) ( Advised the cx to wait 24 hours for the Ice Maker to make Ice. Cx also had the Refrigerator set to 33 Degrees. Moved the Refrigerator back to recommend 37 Degrees.) Unit is working as Designed. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)

complaint with temps and has logs on unit and times and so on. did quick test to 350 to check before calling unit in. at 350 unit has a high and low of 364 and 342. opened door and let heat out as she said she does when putting things in and she said temps wont go back up. went from a somewhat range to 312. unit would not heat back up and when it did it was about 10-15 deg at a time. no codes in unit. called and spoke to Rob and SR# 7736643294 tested went over unit. he advised this pointer and need to do a thermo calibration on unit as thats more to a point then my readings. just closed mine in door switch and cut wire.need to get one or sent next tech out with one. noted it all.pointer W10565140 thermo coupler probe to do temp range for 3 cycles. will need to send next tech out with one.; ordrng 1 W11179310 (Control)

"cx complaint the unit is not ever shutting down. always running. checked the unit and found unit running. no abnormal noises just not shutting off. checked the evaporator and had a half iced over coil.. unit seems to be pulling out of defrost too early. this is causing ice to still be formed on the coil. also the unit is leaking out of the dispenser. therefore, i went ahead and ordered a new seperator as well. ordering new control and temp sensors to resolve the defrost issue.; ordrng 1 W11566475 (evap harness) and 1 W11236851 (damper) and 1 W11670354 (control) and 1 W11098702 (ice chute) and 1 W11567938 (ui) and 1 W11546981 (heater)"
