I found left rear does not spark at all. unit needs both spark ignitors and spark module. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dryer isn't Drying clothes. I then started a Timed Dry cycle. Heater Element didn't activate. Checked power from Thermal Block. L1 to N = 122.6 Volts. L2 to N = 121.9 Volts. L1 to L2 = 242.8 Volts. I then checked the Tco. I'm getting 0.00 Ohms. I then checked the Heater Element. Heater Element is reading Open Line. Installed new Tco & Heater Element. Tested the unit. Unit is heating. Unit is working as Designed. ( *****Cx has clothes & Trash under the Dryer. I advised the cx to remove all items. Told the cx this is major Fire safety issue. Also the cx will need to have the vents cleaned by a license vent company. Advised the cx to no use the unit until all these issues are taken care of. "Cx complaint dw not washing properly.Cx showed cups, gleaased and silverware with stains on. Ran diag, found no errors. Ran a test cycle, the unit washed with good pressure and worked as designed. Noticied that the cx fills the dispenser with liquid detergent op to the top, doesn't use rinse aid and washes wooden utensils in the dw. Also the hot water from the sink faucet needs long time to get hot (119F). and the cx rinses the dishes in the sink before. Tried to instruct the cx with tips in order to improve the wash, but he didn't want to collaborate, because, he said, the dishwasher it's a band new Jenn Air and should work anyway. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling. Checked the Freezer Evaporator Section. Found that the frost Pattern is only up to the first coil from the bottom. Checked pressures to the unit. I'm getting 0 on the low side & 98 - 103 Psi on the high side. I then removed all R134 A to the unit. Filled the unit with 140 Psi of Nitrogen. Let Nitrogen sit for 20 mins. No change in pressure. Removed all Nitrogen. Pulled a vacuum on the unit. Let vacuum sit for 10 mins. No signs of any changes. Filled the unit with R134 A. Pressure are 120 Psi on the high side and 2 bars on the low side. Checked the Evaporator. Frost Pattern all the way to the top. Unit is starting to Cool. Unit is working as Designed.
