I then ran Service Test 36 - Ice Box Fan Motor Test. Ice Maker Fan Motor is running. Ran Service Test 15 - Emitter Board Test for Ice Bin. Emitters are changing from 02 to 01. Unplugged the unit for 5 mins. Reran Service Test 56 - Ice Maker Error Codes. I'm now getting E0 = No error codes. Called Whirlpool Techline Ref #. Per Whirlpool Techline the unit would need to be unplugged for 5 mins for the unit to reset it self after replacing the Ice Maker. Per Whirlpool Techline, don't replace any parts yet. If the cx calls back Reorder Ice Maker = W11579560 & User Interface = W11579559. Don't go without parts."

"Cs units is making a noise, replaced rollers per previous tech request but i found the left side shaft that is closer to the burner is out of round and spreading metal shaving everywhere. Also tried to replace the idler but the new idler came in with a chunk of the pulley broken off(see pics). Reordering idler and ordering both left and right roller shafts. I left two new roller wheels with customer for when the shaft get replaced to replace the rollers again aswell.; ordrng 1 WPW10359271 (roller shaft) and 1 WPW10359272 (roller shaft) and 1 WP691366 (pulley-idr)"

"Cx complaint unit doesn't cool properly. When arrived found temps at normal, RC at 35, FC at 0. Cx stated FC gets to 20-25 when in defrost. Contacted TL and reported, spoke with Travis about temps in FC and he stated thats normal during defrost. If cx is concerned about temps they need to use thermometer in between products to get accurate readings. No parts are needed as the unit is cooling as designed."

"CX complains unit is still shaking after last visit and also makes squeeling sound. Ran unit through diagnostic test and had no issues, ran unit through quick wash with full load with no issues, ran unit through 'color' wash with 3 pairs of jeans and unit makes squeeling sound when rotating the agitator. Unit does not make noise when turning motor or drive by hand. Called techline and spoke to Bruce SR#7735768803, who suggested checking the suspension, motor, and gearcase. Was able to put downward pressure on the suspension and rotate the basket without being able to replicate noise, ordering gearcase and motor for return visit; ordrng 1 W11449840 (gearcase) and 1 W11283592 (motor) and 1 W11481722 (actuator) and 1 W10721967 (splutch) and 1 W11239857 (belt)"
