"cx complaint is the unit not making ice again. cx said it worked for a little while with her messing with the bail arm to get to drop. cx says unit has not made ice for days now, arm may be stuck again. i found the arm is hitting the back of the divider causing it to hang up. arm can be pushed backwards out of the IM easily. i replaced IM with preIDed part. new IM holds the arm much tighter so it cant slide back. cycled IM a few times and raised and dropped arm several times. it did not hang up. unit seems to be workign as designed. cx paid $165 to cover service call and labor. part was replaced less than a year ago."

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling after last repair. Checked the Freezer Evaporator. Found Frost only on the half of the first coil. I then checked the Pressures to the unit. I'm getting 0 on low side and 80 Psi on the high side. Turned the unit off. Pressures dose equalize to 40 Psi after 5 mins. Removed all 134 A from the unit. Filled the unit with Nitrogen to 140 Psi. Waited 20 mins. No change in pressures. Called Whirlpool Techline Ref # 7736651030. Per whirlpool Techline the unit is under review.

"CX complaint: not drying and rattling sound. Tested and verified complaint. F2E1 error code. Tumbling, heating and good air flow. I found the incoming hot air duct doesnt get over 144 degrees inside duct. Also the heater is rattling badly. I replaced the heater which solved the rattling problem. Then i replaced the TCO sensors and tested and not hot air duct is 164 inside and climbing. Unit is now working properly. Job is complete"

"cx complaint is the unit leaking. cx said he doesnt use unit much but its leaked the last 3 times its been used. water comes from under unit and is a large amount. i inspected unit before running it. i didnt see any obvious cracks or damage. checked for codes. none saved. ran the service cycle but nothing leaked. both arms are spinning and float switch is working. cx is using berkley jensen detergent, it doesnt say HE on it. i ran another cycle with detergent in the unit. i saw no buiild up of suds during the cycle. i used clear plastic door to inspect inside unit. found lower spray arm spraying a lot of water down and forward. replaced lower spray arm and new arms sprays much less water out of the bottom port. advised cx to make sure nothing hits the arm when its running. unit is working"
