"cx complaint unit making EXCESSIVE vibration sounds from behind the unit. inspected and found that the sealed system lines in the rear compartment were ALL contacting the rear panel cover in some way. was able to bend drier, pan condenser, and suction tube all out of the way of the rear cover to completely eliminate the very noisy vibrations. unit now checks good."

Customer complaint unit is not finishing a cycle. We tested the unit and found error F8E1 Low water no water. And the customer stated that they are having well pump issues. I found the unit is barely getting water in. They have a leak that needs to be fixed. The unit motor and vavles are opening and is agitating and spinning. The unit is not filling with enough water with in the time that needs to fill. CX needs plumber or a well profesional to fix their pump.

cx complaint is hinges didnt come with covers and theres a ticking or tpping sound every time unit comes on. herd sound and checked unit. hindge covers missing as well as tapping sound was fan blade in back hitting wire harness and cut one wire and into others. was able to move and sound went away. also rear cover damged when delivered. cx does not want wires repaired and harness is not available. advised unit will need to be replaced and she will need to call them back as unit does not have part for repair yet. went over with her. unit was sent damaged and non repairable as we cant get part. she said shes calling unit in now for replacement.

"Got to the unit and the cover is the wrong part. The part is no the correct. Ordering the correct cover. Part 4A on parts list. Repalce button and still the same. The customer complaint is that the downdraft is not going up or down automatically he needs to hold the button to get it to go up or down. Tried to removed the motor aseembly yo test the switches but the screw is tight to removed the arm and i did not wanted to break because the customer still able to use the downdraft. Ordering motor assembly with switches, Armd and screws.
