I arrived to the home and entered the kitchen and found large puddles of water on the fllor witchcame form the GE dishwasher (per CX , also viable). I inspoected teh refridgerator and found no evidance of leaking. I was able to harnest and fill the icemaker, dispense water i, in spected the water line under the door and the filter housing, as well as the water res in the RC. I pulled unit out and found no evidance of leaking . CX informed me that he runs the dishwasher at night (knowingly of leak) and clean water up every moringing. I advised CX to call GE for diagwasher service and to not opperate the dishwasher at night over the rest of week and monitor the refirgerator for leaks in then morning. unit test good.; ordrng 1 LOOK (LOOK)"

Also found when I pulled unit out waterline was kinked, causing the water to go into reservoir and found there was a lot of drain line on the back of the unit and drain pump is not kicking on correctly to remove any water that was inside unit. replaced reservoir pump and fixed drain line and waterline tested unit. unit is now working all functions. "Cx complaint Po message on display, freezer not working. Found Fc at 31F and Rc at 45F. Both evaps are not defrosting, also the pantry UI is not responding. Ran forced defrost, it didn't work. Heater 30ohm from control, bi-metal closed from control, Fc fan not running. Quoted repair $1002.30 with $220 labor (2 counts) for pantri cover with UI W11048824, Fc fan motor/harness W11452196, Rc harness WPW10277799 and main control WPW10589837. The Fc fan motor/harness (W11452196) was out of stock. The cx is trying to find the part and then she calls us. Collected $120 **2 COUNTS**. cx complaint is water left in the detergent tray after cycle and the unit making a noise during spin. cx had recordings of unit running. noises are all normal. i checked for codes and found none saved. ran service cycle with no issues. i insepcted under unit and found no signs of binding or wear. detergent tray is retaining a small amount of water. explained that is normal and detergent can gum up causing water to not flow easily through dispensor. i replaced drawer with preIDed part for a clean start. unit is working as designed.

"Got to the unit and the cover is the wrong part. The part is no the correct. Ordering the correct cover. Part 4A on parts list. Repalce button and still the same. The customer complaint is that the downdraft is not going up or down automatically he needs to hold the button to get it to go up or down. Tried to removed the motor aseembly yo test the switches but the screw is tight to removed the arm and i did not wanted to break because the customer still able to use the downdraft. Ordering motor assembly with switches, Armd and screws.
