"cx complaint that unit is not ooling promperly and think they can hear the compressor turning off and they said when happens the unit still has power and lights still operate and fan etc. although they unpkugged and replugged in yesterday. when arrived unit was cool and readin aroufn 38 degrees in the rc section and removed fc evap wall and found full complete frost pattern. fans working, removing compressor area the compressor ohmed out good and no issues with hair in condensor and or condensor fan not running.. when i was there never heard ocmpressor die out or start device clicking etc. infromed cx to keep in and watch for next 30 dys on evap wall for excessive ice forming and could be indicstion of defrost issue, but being today and pkugged unit in yesterday all temps and operational.."

I found rotor was seized to gearcase. I then found washplate is seized to gearcase. "cx complaint time not displaying correctly and more than 1 button on same row light up when selecting cycles. unit seems to wash fine anyway. inspected unit and verified complaint. cx tried unplugging unit and plugging it back in but same issue. was able to enter diagnostics but cant read error. unplugged console to inspect ribbon strip which appears to be connected securely. put console back on and display and button lights started working correctly. checked error and had f0e1 load detected during clean washer cycle. unit washes fine so think error is just from a control glitch. unit tests fine at this time. advised cx to monitor and call back if issue comes back. if cx calls back about display issues, mandatory send tech with console(W11318817) and acu(W11550669)"

"F8e1 long fill/no fill Cx complaint unit would take a long time during cycle to change. Arrived today and verified complaint. Inspected error codes and had one above. Ran diagnostic cycle and no cold water came into unit and hot had very little, Inspected water valves on wall and cold was completely turned off and hit was barley open. Opened both valves and cleared error codes, ran test cycle again and now hot and cold came into unit. No error codes after test. All other parts of cycle sounded good and finished, unit is now working as intended. Job complete"

"cx complaint is the unit not completing cycles. cx says after running for a little while the unit displays an error code. i checked for codes and found F8E4 overfill, F7E1 single speed wash motor failure, F9E1 long drain, F8E2 inlet valve issue. cleared all codes and ran service cycle. unit ran drain pump for a very long time. i pressed start to skip to step 2. unit filled properly. wash motor tried to run but its not spinning at all, just makes a buzzing noise, no water flows. wash motor is locked up. unit will need a new sump assembly. ordering part. schedule when part is available.; ordrng 1 W11416362 (sump assembly)"

cx complaint is the unit displaying F2E2 and not allowing cycles to run. when i arrived error was on the screen. i couldnt clear the message or enter diagnostics. i unplugged unit. cleaned connections at board and UI and reseated them. i was able to change settings and rung service cycle but in the middle of the cycle the error returned. replaced console with preIDed part and restored power. verified mod/ser info is saved. ran calibration and service cycle. unit completed both cycle with no issues. i started a normal wash cycle and unit worked properly. cx paid in full for repair. unit is wokring as designed.
