"cx complaint unit is leaving clothes wet at end of cycle and found unit is not washing as good. inspected unit and entered diag and found f0e3, f7e8, f8e1, f2e1. cleared codes and ran test 51 and found unit did finish test with no issues. i lifted unit and found gearcase oil leaking. I found rotor was seized to gearcase. I then found washplate is seized to gearcase. "cx complaint unit giving f9e1 error since day 1, has never completed cycle. at first issue was kinked drain hose but that got fixed and its still having same issue. inspected unit and verified complaint. water left in unit, pressed cancel and water drained out fine. test cycle completed properly. tested drain several more times and it drained fine everytime. unit is installed in an island and drain pipe runs under floor then comes up and connects to disposal under sink. i dont think the long run is cause of issue since it does drain fine when i tell it to. seems issue is incorrect amp draw of sump asm. preid sump asm damaged and drain hose connection and will leak if installed. reordering sump asm, in stock at tribles but cx is going out of town soon. scheduled return visit for 7/7; ordrng 1 W11416363 (sump asm)"

"cx complaint unit is not finshing cycles and is walking all over the place. checked the unit and found a bumper cracked on the lid. this causes the lid to be able to bounce and interupt the lid switch. therefore, unit needs a new bumper. also the gearcase was making abnormal noises during high spin so i checked underneath and found oil leaking from the unit. ordering gearcase and all parts involved. will return once approved and parts come in.; ordrng 1 W10752283 (wash plate) and 1 W10528947 (hub) and 1 WP9724509 (bumper) and 1 W11454734 (gearcase) and 1 W10890624 (motor) and 1 W10721967 (drive pulley) and 1 W11239857 (belt)"

"cx complaint is the unit not spinning and displaying an error code which keeps her from using the unit. i checked for codes and found F3E1 water level error, F5E2 door lock error.tried to clear the codes but they would not clear. i ran the service cycle. unit completed the cycle with no issues. i unplugged unit, cleared pressure hose and restored power. checked for codes and found none saved. i started a normal wash cycle and unit filled and began turning. unit is working as desinged. cx paid service call."

"upon arrival cx demonstrated issue is regarding the stainless skin bowing in when pressed by hand on the rc side door. the thesis was that there may have been insufficient insulation in the rc door, however the stainless exterior is merely a skin with a styrofoam 'spacer' between the skin and the door that is designed to aleviate some of this gap described by the cx. contacted techline to review and was provided SR7736672079 and instructed that rather than replacing the door the unit will need a new styrofoam spacer which is accompanied by the door skin. ordering parts. two tech no longer needed.; ordrng 1 W10800786 (door-skin)"
