When this happens, the only way to get the unit to stop sparking is by nudging the burner head with something. Replaced the ignitor, burner head and spark module. Unit still has same issue. I was able to access the control and found that the control was not responding . I found the propper 120 V's AC at the P5 power cord. I was able to messure the resistance ot eh drain pump at J2 connector and found 19.8 OHM's of resistance. I also messured the resistance of the shifter at J12 and found 2,102 OHM's of resistance. I arrived to the home and entered the kitchen and found large puddles of water on the fllor witchcame form the GE dishwasher (per CX , also viable). I inspoected teh refridgerator and found no evidance of leaking. I was able to harnest and fill the icemaker, dispense water i, in spected the water line under the door and the filter housing, as well as the water res in the RC. I pulled unit out and found no evidance of leaking . CX informed me that he runs the dishwasher at night (knowingly of leak) and clean water up every moringing. I advised CX to call GE for diagwasher service and to not opperate the dishwasher at night over the rest of week and monitor the refirgerator for leaks in then morning. unit test good.; ordrng 1 LOOK (LOOK)"

I stopped cycle and removed clothes. entered diag and found a f0e5. cleared code and auto test and found unit finished test without issue. I did found water lines were on the wrong sides. swapped lines. ran a high speed manual spin and found unit is working as design. empty the unit was acting normal. "Tapped system and removed the rc evap cover.. noted pressures while running test 10.. pressurized system to 140psi in home postion and held 140 for 45 mins.. accessed fc evap and thought i found uv dye on mastic , sent wpl techline a pic and they stated it was calcium , especially since it held pressure. mentioned the slight dye that previous tech noticed in rc cabinet insulation .. tech stated to isolate system from suction line at compressor and the inlet to the 3way valve , vac unit down and see if there is an internal leak . needs access ports to braze on to these points .. sr#7736676401.. contact techline back with findings..; ordrng 4 W11506635 (coupler)s and 1 nitrogen (nitrogen)"

"CX concerns are that then unit is making a grinding noise diuring agitation. I was able to run 2 auto test, a manule gental and fast agitation, as well as a recalibration and found no noise concernss. I found the unit tobe opperating as designed with no stored errors in diag. I had CX load the unit and start a wash cycle. I found the unit tobe opperating as designed.l advised CX to call back inot office if concerns happen again. I collected $120.00 for service charges via check #106"

"cx complaint is the unit not spinning and displaying an error code which keeps her from using the unit. i checked for codes and found F3E1 water level error, F5E2 door lock error.tried to clear the codes but they would not clear. i ran the service cycle. unit completed the cycle with no issues. i unplugged unit, cleared pressure hose and restored power. checked for codes and found none saved. i started a normal wash cycle and unit filled and began turning. unit is working as desinged. cx paid service call."

"cx complaint unit giving f9e1 error since day 1, has never completed cycle. at first issue was kinked drain hose but that got fixed and its still having same issue. inspected unit and verified complaint. water left in unit, pressed cancel and water drained out fine. test cycle completed properly. tested drain several more times and it drained fine everytime. unit is installed in an island and drain pipe runs under floor then comes up and connects to disposal under sink. i dont think the long run is cause of issue since it does drain fine when i tell it to. seems issue is incorrect amp draw of sump asm. preid sump asm damaged and drain hose connection and will leak if installed. reordering sump asm, in stock at tribles but cx is going out of town soon. scheduled return visit for 7/7; ordrng 1 W11416363 (sump asm)"
