"cx complaint is the unit shutting off in the middle of the cycle. cx says the unit starts running and heating then stops after running for a while, display shows 'sensing' but unit is not running. cx cycles power and it starts running again. issue has been happening more frequently recently. no error codes saved. in diagnostics the moisture sensor is not seeing a change when wet rag is held against sensor. tested sensor at the board. it is getting a reading when sensor in drum is touched. i called techline with my findings. they recomeneded replacing the control board and drive motor as it may be overheating and stopping.. ordering both parts.; ordrng 1 W11525997 (control board) and 1 W11549461 (drive motor)"

I found the unit is not noisy when i got here and when i opne the door i coan hear the noise and when i close it would go away. I level the unit and the unit is not making noises anymore. cx complaint is the unit leaking water onto the floor and the right RC door gasket being torn and the gasket not staying in place. confirmed all complaints. gasket it torn at top middle of right RC door and the gasket will not stay in the groove along the top of the door. i pushed it back in but it falls out after opening/closing door a few times the groove seem deformed and is not holding the gasket tightly. i could not replicate the leak issue. ran water dispensors and cycled/filled IM. no water on floor of FC or RC. no ice build up on evaps. pulled unit out and found drain pan is very dry. found water stains under compressor which line up with drain tube. removed tube and found it to be blocked by debry. cleared line. poured water through drain tube drains into pan now. orderin door.; ordrng 1 W10849511 (dor-fip) and 1 W10917313 (gasket-dor)

cx complaint unit was smoking when they ran broil element and were nervous. when arrived i ran the broil element but found they had accidently just reached inside and placed the cookie sheet inbetween the broil element and the top of oven causing the pan to just cook to the element and leave markings and burned it causing smoke.. i ran unit broil after removed and reached temp no adnormal smells and or smoke sightening unit is safe and foudn the bake element was pressing against the lower rack because it wasnt in the groves was just resting on element.
