"Cx complaint unit will not cut on. Arrived today and verified complaint. Found with 120vac coming from wall we had nothing on the display. Pulled unit down and removed cover. Replaced both fuses on board and now unit powers on. Tested unit and high voltage parts started and then cut off. Found cooling fan on transformer was improperly working. This had caused transformer to go bad and shorted out fuses on board. To properly fix I would replace all high voltage parts. As well as fan motor and fuses. Transformer is no longer available. Cx did not want to put unit back up and wanted me to place in garage, Cx paid 120.00 service call and is going to be purchasing a new unit. Ran test cycle and the cycle ran properly for a while, but then started to squeal as the unit unit continued to spin. There was evidence that the unit had leaked oil. Cx complaint is that the unit is not washing the dishes and is getting louser. Upon arrival I found and FAE2. I then ran the diag test and found that the sump is running but not spraying. I inspected the spray arms and found them to be free of debris. I also found that the error code persisted. I found that the vent fan is reading OL. I am ordering the Vent fan and will use the sump on return. I was able to set the return visit for Thursday 6/22 AM preference.; ordrng 1 W11649995 (Vent Fan)

arrived and ran test 4. made one last attempt to get compressor to run quietly before cutting into system. i pushed and bent some lines on the condensor and noise went away and stayed away. i put unit back in place and ran test 4 again. unit ran quietly through the entire test. put unit back in normal operation and let it run for a little while. noise returned and i had to adjust condensor again. unit then remained quiet. advised cx to monitor the unit and call us back if the issue returns.
