"Customer complaint is that the ice maker is not making ice. Ice maker tested good, rotates and fills properly. Ice box fan tested and failed to turn on. Inspection of the ice box fan found that the fan blade is blocked by ice, but there is no ice build up on the evaporator. Fan removed and ice cleared. Fan reinstalled and fan retested. Fan is working properly. Contacted tech support with findings. SR # 7736681873. Had no recommendations at this time. Customer did state after the call that the ice was clumping in the bin before the ice maker stopped. Per SP # W11539038A, ordering updated control set. Also ordering right door gasket, gasket is torn.; ordrng 1 W11533213 (control set) and 1 W10917313 (gasket-dor) and 1 W11241580 (bracket) and 1 look (look)"

I was able to access the control and found that the control was not responding . I found the propper 120 V's AC at the P5 power cord. I was able to messure the resistance ot eh drain pump at J2 connector and found 19.8 OHM's of resistance. I also messured the resistance of the shifter at J12 and found 2,102 OHM's of resistance. "Customer complaint is that the lid strike broke and the unit is making a tapping noise. Visual inspection confirmed stress failure of the strike. Strike replaced and unit tested. Unit had a slight tapping from the back right corner. Found that the way that the harness had been ran, the harness would tap against the suspension rod. Wiring disconnected from the control and harness spun 1 full rotation and then reinstalled. Harness is now rotating away from the suspension rod. Ran a quick wash cycle while loaded to confirm issue is resolved. Tap noise is gone, but there is a squeaking noise when accelerating. Ordering belt, motor, and suspension.; ordrng 1 W11283592 (motor-drve) and 1 WPW10006384 (drive belt) and 1 W11396716 (suspension)"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Ice Maker is still making small cubes of Ice and they are getting stuck. Checked the Water flow from the Dispenser by timing it. Filled measuring cup to 1 cup of water. It took 22 seconds to fill the measuring cup to 1 cup. Installed new filter. Tested Water Dispenser again . It is now filling at 10 seconds.( Cx has a Reverse osmosis system hooked to the refrigerator. I advised the cx that the Refrigerator can't be hooked to a Reverse Osmosis system. Cx might need a plumber to remove this system. I advised let's see how it goes now since the water pressure is a lot better. )

Unit is recieving water before fill tube. Unit fill tube seems to be blocked, ran test 66 for 5 mins to remove blockage. unit doesnt seem to be heating the fill tube, found no voltage at the plug for fill tube, found voltage from j8.3-j8.4. Called techline and spoke to Nate SR# 7736670889 who said unit will need door and user interface. CX declined service at this time. No further work needed unless CX calls in and wants to pay for door and user interface."

"Cx complaint the unit walks out during spin. When arrived cx has unit on pedastal from there old unit. The front overlaps the pedastal. Entered diag and found no error codes. Ran test cycle and unit completed without issues. Placed 7 wet towels inside and ran high speed spin. While ramping up speed, the unit began to wobble, but at highest it didn't move. Instructed cx to remove unit off pedastal and level it in accordance to floor and make sure a sizable load is in. Unit sits on concrete basement floor. If unit continues to move, cx will call back and TL should be notified. No parts are needed, unit runs as designed."
