Ran Service Test 2 - Rc Thermistor = 01 Passed. Checked both Refrigerator & Freezer Evaporators. Refrigerator Evaporator is good no frost or Ice. Checked the Freezer Evaporator. Freezer Evaporator is Iced / Frosted over. Ran Service Test 6 - Defrost Heater / Bi - Metal is reading 02 = Open Line. Unit will not go through a Defrost. Ran Service Test 15 - Ice Bin Emitters Test. Ice Bin Emitters are changing from 02 to 01 once you put your hand over the Emitters. I then ran Service Test 56 - Ice Maker Error Codes. I'm getting E0. Called Whirlpool Techline Ref # 7736681373. Per Whirlpool Techline to change the Fan Motor with Harness in the Freezer Section. ( Please see Sd Pictures if any questions.) "cx complaint the unit is not spinning without being very very loud. checked the unit and found oil leaking from the gearcase and belt markings on the pulley. went ahead and repalced the pulley and belt to help with noise but unit will need a full gearcase replacememt. also the suspension rods felt worn. the excessive vibration also made the pulley sheild crack and the screws strip out. ordering all parts needed to resolve the issue. finally i tried to do a drain and spin to test and it is doing a rinse and spin when drain and spin is selected. control was recently repalced. seems as if new control has a programming issue. ordering new control as well.; ordrng 1 W11454734 (gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (idler pulley) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 WPW10427633 (pulley sheild) and 2 WP22001995 (screws)s and 1 W10528947 (hub) and 1 W10528947 (hub ar vs) and 1 W11239857 (belt ar vs) and 1 W11130362 (suspension rods ar vs) and 1 W11458145 (control), used 1 W10528947 (hub ar vs), and 1 W11239857 (belt ar vs) from stock"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator Section isn't cooling. Checked the Freezer Section. The whole Evaporator is Frosted over. I then checked the Thermistor. Thermistor is reading 11.2 K ohms. Removed all Frost / Ice. Found that the Brown Heater Element Harness backed out. Fixed Heater Element Harness. Installed new Thermistor. Tested the unit. Cx complaint is that the unit has an F47 error code and is not responding. Upon arrival I verified the error. I then found that the cx had the module replaced in March for the same issue. I called TL and documented with them. I removed the cooktop and accessed the module and found that the fuse has failed. I was able to replace the module and configure the unit to configuration 23 per service matters. unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete I collected for the service call and labor.
