Unit was powered off at breaker cut power on and checked for air codes and had to above. Ran test cycle unit completed cycle with no issues after speaking with Techline they decided to go ahead and change controls. Powered unit off and replace control and consul control. cut unit back on and ran test cycle for 15 minutes. Unit completed cycle with no issues. Forced unit to drain. No error codes are present. Customer states that they are going out of town tomorrow, but will be back in a week. A customer will keep an ion it to see if it starts itself found nothing that looks to be a potential safety hazard unit is working as intended. Job complete."

Call Techline SR number above they had stated in some cases the control will not detect how much water is there correctly which will cause this to happen. "cx complaint unit seems to be taking too long to preheat. cx states at times the unit will not ignite the right side of the bake burner and she can observe this thru the vent on the lower oven panel. ran preheat and found unit to have a full, even flame pattern on both sides of the bake burner tube. burner tube does not have any carbon build up that is noticeable and unit preheated to 350 within about 12 minutes. recommended to cx that the cooktop should be cleaned as there is heavy grease and carbon build up that can impact cooktop function and is a risk of carbon burn off and hazardous gases. documented file under 7727579997 at Servicematters but do not recommend any parts at this time as unit is operating as designed."

"cx complaint that unit is not always spinning and at times wont spin at all... i found no codes. i ran the unit through a claibrated test and then a automatcic service test,.. water psi incoming is good... the unit lock works and is level and drain hose in stall is correct.. when unit got to agiation the unit does agitate all in service test. and unit does shift to spin.. the unit and when looked under the unit at the transmisson and belt, cam pulleynut is tightened and secure.. was able to to run drain and spin and foudn the motor to die out when running for extrended peirod of time.. the unit will need acu, motor and pump for louder than normal draining sounds as well.. call to rehd once approved all prts are instock...; ordrng 1 W11170319 (acu 8@trb) and 1 W10890624 (motor 3@trb)"

Cx complaint unit making noise during cycle. Was able to access unit and veirfy model and serial. Found no saved codes. Ran diag and could hear noise coming from gearcase and under unit. Checked under unit and found plastic dust and belt dust. Found shifter not moving the whole way causing wear and causing motor shaft to bend as well. Ordering parts along with a 2 call count and once parts are in office will need to set return; ordrng 1 W10721967 (splutch) and 1 W11283592 (motor) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 W11481722 (actuator) and 1 W11449840 (gearcase)

As per previous tech was able to access unit and found 44F in RC and could hear sound of fan hitting ice. Removed rc evap to find good frost pattern. Went down to FC which was 18F and found ice build up on evap cover. Removed cover and found heavy ice on top half of evap and ice build up causing fan to stall. Ohmed out thermistor and got 4.2K ohms. bi-metal read 0.6 Ohms. Contacted techline and spoke to Andrew SR#7736682523 ran test 6 and found 02 bi-metal open. Verifed control sending voltage from heater to bimetal but unit not going through defrost. Quoted cx for the part and labor to which they agreed. Contacted the office who said we had part in stock. Setting return for Thur 6/22/23. Collected full amount. Raised temps to max so returning tech will need to adjust; ordrng 1 WPW10514110 (fan motor and harness)

"Customer complaint cannot get unit started arrive today and verified how customer was using unit I had found that customer could not press the button on the consul causing unit not to start I arrived inspected error codes and had Nunn ran test cycle in unit finish Cycle with no problems. Had customer show me how they were starting the unit and every time they went to press the start button they could not hold the button down long enough, because it is hard to press and you have to be centered on the button for to actually recognize that you were pressing it down. I have ran into this problem with multiple customers and as of right now there is no fix for the consul. Unit is working as designed job complete."
