I was able to remove the top and the rear panels and ran 2 auto test and a quick wash cycle. I found no evidanive of leak at the unit. I advised CX to have advised CX to move the unit to 2nd water supply in the home(unfished basement). and run to monitor if any leaks.

No Rinse Aid is being used. I advised the cx that they will need to use Rinse Aid because they have a plastic Tub. I explained that Rinse Aid is a Drying agent that will approve drying. Also advise that plastics will not dry. Advised the cx to not put any more food into the Dishwasher. Cx will need to Rinse all plates off into the sink. Cx will also need to clean the filter. "cx complaint is the unit not draining and displaying F8E4 and F9E1. when i arrived cx had already removed toe panel, both racks and the filter. he said he checked the tray under unit but it had no water in it. i checked the tray and it had water in it. checked for codes and found F9E1, F9E2, F8E4. cleared codes and ran drain pump. pump makes a lot of noise and no water flows. removed pump and found impellar seperated from motor. replaced with preIDed part. unit now drains. ran service cycle, found unit leaking from the seal on the sump that contacts the tub. replaced sump with preIDed part. leak remains. unit will need a new tub. ordering part. cx wants unit replaced, not fixed. hes going to call whirlpool. he will also call when tub is delivered. 2 ct for tub job.; ordrng 1 W11409866 (tub) and 1 look (look)"

"on previous visit i entered diag and found no errors , ran diag and unit filled .. when unit drainned it splattered on floor from pump .. i used towel and vac to clean up and placed a bucket under pump to catch water.. ( pump was screwed together connected to unit ) i removed bucker from under pump and dissassembled pump and found seal missing .. i ordered pump and pre id control.. on todays visit i replaced both and tested unit .. unit isnt leaking w/ new pump .. ran diag and found capacitor was bad , couldnt test on last visit.. after informing cx that , cx said gasket was in bucket after i left .. the seal couldnt of got into bucket if pump was together w/ water just dripping into bucket and i moved bucket from under pump to unscrew it.. i feel the pump was taken apart before i arrived; ordrng 1 W11395618 (capacitor)"
