Customer complaint unit is not washing and it just goes from sensing to done. I tested the unit and the uit is turning on the motor but is not spinning. I pulled unit and found the cover came off and the belt came off. I found the holes for the cover were stripped. I put biggers screws on the cover. I reseated the belt the bels and splutch wa not damaged. I reseated everything and tested. Unit is now agitating and spinnning. Unit is back to normal operations.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't making Ice. Checked the Ice Maker. Ice Maker is stuck in the middle of a harvest cycle. Checked the voltage from the Ice Maker by putting the meter in slots L & N = 121.2 Volts. I then checked the Temperature in the Freezer Section. I'm getting 0.4 Degrees. I then checked the Refrigerator Section Temperatures. I'm getting 37.5 Degrees. Unit will need the Ice Maker. ; ordrng 1 W10884390 (Whirlpool Refrigerator Ice Maker Assembly)

"Customer complaint unit has gas smell wgen oven is just on and it will not heat up. I tsted the unit and found the ignitor is turning on but it took a bit to open thee valve. And if it works she said that one side is hotter that the other. I tested the ignitor and i got 2.9 glowing red and turning on the valve. The ignitor is just slightly out of range. I notice the unit birner is flaring usually is sign of regulaor or valve. I ran a bake cycle and the unit turned on everytime and and i could not smell gas. The customer stated the top is good is only when they use the oven. Ordering ignitor, regulator and safety valve. 68 igniters at tribles, safety valve 8 at tribles. "Clients complained was the unit was making a lot of noise and the spend cycle. Confirm the issue and sing a video of the client showing us clothes inside the unit. The unit would not ripe up to high-speed.Even in diagnostic mode, the unit will not ramp up at high-speed. We checked the bearings and we checked the dampers. But Everything seems to work and to be tight It wasn't until we took some of the towels out the unit. The unit started to wrap up the speed to a high spend. But we did not hear the noises. The client showed us in the video and we ran multiple tests and did not hear the noises, but it was concerning that the unit wouldn't ramp up with such a small amount of clothes in the diagnostic mode and in the draining spin mode. cx complaint is at times the unit has a small drip out of right front of the door. tested and checked unit. cleaned and adjusted door gasket and lower seal and did find a piece of foor in seal that may of been hold u or not letting seal sit flat. ran unit awhile and never saw a drip or anything. went over unit with them and advised to try a few more cycles and see how unit does. she will call back if needed. job complete.
