"CX complains unit filter housing would not stop spraying water after filter was removed. CX states they went to replace filter and unit water would not stop and warped their floors. Found that water was shut off on arrival, but when water was restored the filter housing was leaking water onto floor. immediatly shut off water and was able to replace filter housing with pre I.D. part. Retested and unit no longer leaks. Left old part with CX. Took pictures of flooring. No further damages done, No further work needed."

Found customer had bought an aftermarket water filter and attempted to use it and wound up. Jamming it inside of filter. head found marks on filter, head, showing where it had to be pride out. installed correct filter from whirlpool that customer had tested multiple times and never had any leaks. I believe customer was concerned when using an aftermarket filter and it was leaking from filter head. Explain to customer to only use design filters for this unit that using other brands or cheaper filters can cause issues unit is working as designed customer paid $120 service call"

Customer complaint unit has no power CX stated she came down one day and unit was not on and water was left inside the tub arrived today and verified complaint and found new power at consul. Remove bottom panel and tested power at terminal block and had 122 V AC. Had customer cut power tested voltage and had none remove terminal block and found power wire to have melted and came apart. Found that wire nut was not tight which caused it to have a bad connection. Reconnected wires after cleaning up and use new wire nuts. Had customer power unit back on unit is now working as intended tested Cycle in Forced drain no parts needed job complete

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator Section isn't getting cold enough. ( Cx is using his own meter that you sit on a Shelf then have to plug into a computer. Cx also has it in a Glad / Ziploc bag when putting it into the refrigerator section.) I advised the cx that he doesn't want to put it in a Ziploc or a Glad bag because it's gonna block the ture Temperatures of the unit. Cx stated he doesn't want moisture to get on it. Checked the Refrigerator Temperature with my meter. Refrigerator is reading 38.4 Degrees. Unit is making Ice. Temperatures are correct. Unit is working as Designed.
