"Customer complaint water was leaking from filter arrive today and inspected unit and found no filter was installed in unit and there was no water anywhere. Found customer had bought an aftermarket water filter and attempted to use it and wound up. Jamming it inside of filter. head found marks on filter, head, showing where it had to be pride out. installed correct filter from whirlpool that customer had tested multiple times and never had any leaks. I believe customer was concerned when using an aftermarket filter and it was leaking from filter head. Explain to customer to only use design filters for this unit that using other brands or cheaper filters can cause issues unit is working as designed customer paid $120 service call"

Found that water was shut off on arrival, but when water was restored the filter housing was leaking water onto floor. immediatly shut off water and was able to replace filter housing with pre I.D. part. Retested and unit no longer leaks. Left old part with CX. Took pictures of flooring. No further damages done, No further work needed."

Sound control was set to Celsius. Im not sure if customer just press a lot of buttons disconnected unit and let sit for 10 minutes. Plugging it back in fix control service properly reading. Unit did not have a power cable connected to it. Customer came and installed power cable we had tested unit and there was no squealing. I waited another 15 minutes. Unit was heating and never squealed captured video. Call Techline to document and let customer know if he is unhappy with unit that he needs to call customer care. Went to speak with customer after calling Techline and he had left again. Unit is working as designed job complete

I removed the cover and found that the TF is reading OL. I then inspected the heating element. I found that the element is warped.
