"Customer complaint is that the unit made a grind noise during agitate on one cycle, then ran two cycles normally, then made the grinding noise again on the next cycle and now won't run. Unit is flashing error code F5E4. Cycle canceled and diagnostics ran. Found error code F7E1. Test cycle ran and when the unit when to agitate, nothing moved. Same for when the unit went to spin. Movement of the drum by hand causes a clicking noise in either direction. Inspection of the drive system found the nut securing the splutch pulley had backed off and the pulley was stuck to the belt cover. Splutch assembly replaced. Unit retested and is working properly. Old part left with customer."

CX complaint was that the unit would not complete a wash cycle. I found that the splutch was grinding. I was able to access and replace the splutch and unit test good.

cx complaint is he tries to bake and unit shows a F3 code he believes. tested and checked unit. replaced control and temp sensor and tested unit again. unit now heats and checks. job complete.

CX complina was that the door would not close all the way. i found that the hinge ribbit was bent. I was able to access and replace the hinges . Unit test good.

came out and replaced parts and turned unit back on and reset everything. unit started and fan came on and after a few started to blow cold air. advised cx to give unit at least the next 24 hours to get back in temp range. job complete.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer isn't Draining Water. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are E2 = abnormal drain. Checked the Drain Pump. cx complaint unit not completing spin cycle. upon arrival cx had left the interupted cycle in the unit with the error code flashing on the display. found code f0e9 and items still in the spin basket completely saturated. cleared code and began a simple 'drain spin' cycle and contacted techline to further document. during drain spin unit never advanced past the 'sensing' portion of the cycle. unit never achieved high speed spin (or even anywhere close) and there was no significant banging of the tub/cabinet prior to unit prematurely interupting the cycle. per techline shifter and harness are not transmitting signal to control to registerrps speed. unit will need parts.; ordering 1 W11643701 (lower harness)

Per previous tech I was able to access and replace the motor belt and splutch. I then found that the noise was still there. I removed the splutch and spun the outer shaft by hand and found that the noise is coming from the gear case. I am ordering a gearcase. "Spoke with cx about potential cause of issues. Based on symptoms the pantry UI has likely gone bad due to water exposure and is the underlying cause of the other issues the unit is experiencing. Advised that it may be best to leave pantry off and unplugged as it may be damaging the other boards or may get wet again and cause the same problem. Cx going to see if cooling and ice functions are restored, if not cx is going to call back. Spoke with office about job, refunding for harness, please put shop job back on me if cx calls back."

Customers complaint is front right burner not working properly. Found loose connection on the switch. Reinstalled all check ok.

Customer complaint is that the door is not level and is not closing on its own like it should. Also the door is sticking out at the bottom and it's not level with the left door. I inspected unit and found closure cam device completely missing from door hinge and door this may have not been taken out of the last order when it was replaced. I had cam closure device and then I was able to install it and preload the hinge or reload the hinge however you want to say it. After installing cam still had same issue with door sticking out. I found doors and effective. Unit will need new right door. Reordering right door. Customer also is complaining about freezer burned items in freezer on top shelf and drawers. I found a refreezable cooling pad in the pizza drawer section that I believe that was holding the door open. I found this out after several times opening closing the door one time the door would not close. I looked down and found this freezer pad hanging down through the freezer door area in between the freezer door and the lower drawer. I showed customer this.. I found that the compressor was not shutting off in test mode. I advise customer to reset power it should restore power to control board and should fix this freezing issue in the freezer. And to let us know if anything has changed in between the time of now and ordering the door.; ordering 1 W10849512 (RC door reorder)

Customer complaint unit is displaying F8E4 error i found the unit tray catcher is full of water. I ran test and found the unit is draining and completing a test cycle. When checking the unit i found the drain hose does not have a highloop and the unit may be puting water back into the dishawsher. I ran a quick cycle and found the drain pump is working but is getting really hot it may be going bad or overheating and not draining water. ORdering drain pump.; ordering 1 W11412291 (Pump)
