"Customer complaint unit is not cooling arrived today and verified complaint found inside of unit in refrigerator and freezer section or very hot compressor was not running but all fans were running. Sound control was set to Celsius. Im not sure if customer just press a lot of buttons disconnected unit and let sit for 10 minutes. Plugging it back in fix control service properly reading. Compressor never kicked on and was very, very hot unit is going to need a new compressor kit and sealed system repair quoted customer for repair they will let us know within 30 days if they are going to get a new unit or want to repair CX paid $120 for service call job complete; ordrng 1 W10160407 (Compressor kit) and 1 Sstech (Ss tech)"
