"Customer complaint, icemaker was not making ice after a power surge had happened at customers home arrive today and verified complaint and found no ice and ice bin inspecting ice bin I have found there is a piece of wood lodged under ice bin. Place unit in diagnostic mode and checked all for misters as they passed. Ran ice box fan, which blew strong. Checked error codes and had none present. E0. Removed ice bin from unit and inspected fill tube and found it was clogged with ice. I also found a bunch of ice and frost on top of icemaker. unit has an air leak possibly caused by wood in an ice bin that is not allowing it to properly seal. After removing all the ice from icemaker, I reinstalled and reset power by disconnecting the power plug from the wall. Reconnected power and three-way valve just kept clicking. called a sealed system tech and was advised to run test four until unit completed which I did and the three-way valve continue to click. This is going to cause the unit to not cool until this is repaired. Explained to customer that the power surge had potentially cause control board to become defective and which is now not allowing the three-way valve to find home position. quoted customer for repair of a control board and she had stated she would not want to do any repairs that cost more than that. Customer will give us a call within 30 days from today to decide what they would like to do. If customer has any questions, I told them they could give the office a call and get in contact with me. Unit is still not working as intended. Job complete"

I found the boril side of the valve has 218 OHMs of resistanse and the bake side has 217 OHM's. I advised CX to call gas complay to the home due to the unit being a new build mobile home. "CX complpaint is that the unit is not making ice. I found nthat in test 56 the icemaker has a E0 (no errors) code. i was abel to run test57 and found the unit to harvest. I ran test 45 twice and found that the valve is opeing and water flows. I ran test 3 and found no movment form the FC fan motor. I found temps FC at 13 degrees . I inspected the evap and found a good frost pattern. I am ordering 1 FC evap fan motor (W11452196) and 1 control board (W10843055). Cx complaint frost in freezer and high freezer temps. Was able to access unit and found that unit was pushed too far into cabinet so the freezer door was catching on the cabinet and not allowing it to close on left side but right side was not so it was pushing in door switch. Warm air entered and cold air escaped causing higher temps and frost. Corrected the issue and verified good frost patterns. No further work needed filled out techline form online

F2E1 stuck key. Customer complaint unit is not heating correctly and is displaying F2E1 error. I found the unit displaying F2E1 error and also stored in memory 3 times. Clear codes started a heating cycle and the code came up. Repalced console and calirated unit. Unit is now heating to 350 and unit is back to normal operations.

Or the board is going back noe the unit tested good all good power 240 and heater and brpiler are turning on. Fuse is good. collected 120 unit is back to normal operations.

cx complaint is the unit not making ice after last repair. when i arrived unit was empty and the circulation pump was running with no water in the resiviour. i put unit in diagnostics and all thermistors passed. i ran the fill test and no water filled. i pulled unit forward slightly and the water began filling. supply line must have been pinched behind unit. last tech said supply line is very long and was kinked before. i put unit back in normal operation and it began filling on its own. the plate had a full frost pattern.

"Cx complaint unit leans and the microwave light doesn't work. Inspected and found the unit leans slightly to the left when inside cabinet. Also found light to be out. Removed unit from cabinet and found the base spacer on left will not stay secured to metal. Removed screws and found plastic worn down and it won't secure into place. When sliding back in, the spacer slide underneath unit and it sits on the metal in cabinet. This causes unit to lean. Replaced light using pre-id parts and the light works when opening door. Ordering base spacer and 2 tech to remove out of cabinet, once part is in contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 W11598116 (base spacer)"

CX complaint is that she found flames coming up from under the oven bottom liner. I was able to access and remove the bottom liner and found that the bake element is blistered and miss shaped. Unit will need 1 bake element ( W10779716). CX has a Certificate of Coverage from AIG covering the unit from 11/18-10/23 (please see SDQ Pic's). I have advised CX to contact WP EPP and have service set up correctly.; saved tckt
