"Customer complaint is that the unit is not cooling properly, constantly is giving the overtemp warning. Sealed system work and the main control have previously been replaced. Checked compartment temperatures and found the freezer at 20 degrees and the fresh food compartment at 45, overtemp warning is going off. Compartment thermistors agree with manual readings. Rc average temp is 41, FC is 20. Found no visible ice build on the evaporator cover. Inspection of the FC evaporator found a ball of ice in the upper left corner and no frost below the top rung. System checked for dye and found none. Contacted tech support with findings. Determined that a restriction is possible, but need pressures to confirm. Scheduling sealed system tech. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dryer isn't Drying clothes. Checked the Terminal Block for voltage. L1 to N = 122.1 Volts. L2 to N = 122. 4 Volts. L1 to L2 = 244.8 Volts. I then checked the Heater Element. Found that the Red Harness to the Heater Element isn't plugged in. Harness Connector is loose. Tightened the Harness by crimping the Harness. Cx complaint frost in freezer and high freezer temps. Was able to access unit and found that unit was pushed too far into cabinet so the freezer door was catching on the cabinet and not allowing it to close on left side but right side was not so it was pushing in door switch. Warm air entered and cold air escaped causing higher temps and frost. Corrected the issue and verified good frost patterns. No further work needed filled out techline form online

"CX complpaint is that the unit is not making ice. I found nthat in test 56 the icemaker has a E0 (no errors) code. i was abel to run test57 and found the unit to harvest. I ran test 45 twice and found that the valve is opeing and water flows. I ran test 3 and found no movment form the FC fan motor. I found temps FC at 13 degrees . I inspected the evap and found a good frost pattern. I am ordering 1 FC evap fan motor (W11452196) and 1 control board (W10843055). I quoted CX for the cost of the parts, shipping, taxes , and labor charges. in the amount $501.19; ordrng 1 W10843055 (control) and 1 W11452196 (FC evap fan motor) and 1 LOOK (LOOK)"
