I called TL and documented with them. I removed the cooktop and accessed the module and found that the fuse has failed. I was able to replace the module and configure the unit to configuration 23 per service matters. unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete I collected for the service call and labor. "cx complaint unit displays error codes are screen and unit leaks out bottom front. inspected unit and entered diag and found f0e3, f8e1, f3e2. cleared codes and ran test 51 and found unit dispenses hot water very slowly. I also found a lot of noise when unit was agitating. lifted unit and foud gearcase oil everywhere. I found washplate to be seized. unit would need dispenser housing, gearcase, slider, washplate. qouted cx for repair and cx declined. charged cx only for service call $120"

"Customer complaint is that the fresh food compartment is not cooling properly. Inspection of the freezer found the evaporator frozen over again. Thermistor registered 23Kohm in frost(0 degrees). Started heater test and the heater did not turn on. Found that the brown wire had backed out of the connector a second time. Ordering updated heater and harness. Wire reseated and evaporator thawed off. Confirmed element is heating, control is good. "Customer complaint is that the unit made a rattling noise, then a buzzing noise. Basket spins freely. Suspensiin is weak, tub easily bottoms out. Inspection of the drive system found the belt cover laying on the floor and the belt chewed up and stuck in the drive motor. Found that because of the weak suspension, the unit bottomed out and ripped the screws for the belt cover out of the gearcase, screws will not tighten down to secure the belt cover.
