"Customer complaint is that the unit is not cooling properly, constantly is giving the overtemp warning. Sealed system work and the main control have previously been replaced. Checked compartment temperatures and found the freezer at 20 degrees and the fresh food compartment at 45, overtemp warning is going off. Compartment thermistors agree with manual readings. Rc average temp is 41, FC is 20. Found no visible ice build on the evaporator cover. Inspection of the FC evaporator found a ball of ice in the upper left corner and no frost below the top rung. System checked for dye and found none. Contacted tech support with findings. Determined that a restriction is possible, but need pressures to confirm. Scheduling sealed system tech. cx complaint that unit is not heating on high and also is not heating at on the cycles not Time dry.. when arrived verifed the 240/120 at outlet nd terminal block then checked to make sure 240 @ element which also was good. i ohmed out element AND all thermastats and no issues with anything there. checked vents outinsde and behind unit and strong airflow showed cx the unit is heating they could verify and also had about 132degrees temp leaving unit. and cx is aware if issue happens looks more like timer issue.. but today just collected 120 service and moved on cx will call back inside 30 days if issue happens again.

F8e1 long fill no fill F0e5 off balanced load Customer complaint unit is not washing any clothes and making loud noises wont fill with water. Arrived today and inspected unit and verified all complaints. Found two error codes involved in diagnostic mode during test cycle unit made loud roaring noise when agitating and spinning. Spun inner tub And found it is not round and has a pretty big sway to the tub. Lifted unit and inspected underneath and found your case oil on all parts cleaned up the best I could but the unit is going to need parts to properly repair. During test cycle I also have found that cold water trickles into unit due to clogged inlet valve. This year needs a lot of parts to repair. Ordering all parts for return visit.
