"cx complaint unit runs but never makes any ice. inspected unit, no error. started cycle and it completed cleanout properly, water stopped filling when reservoir filled, didnt spill over at all. same during harvesting. water is pumping across evap plate and ice is building up. while waiting, found condensor clogged up with lint. cleaned off condensor. then unit made a whole slab of ice, hot gas loop activated and ice slab slid off evap plate and onto cutting grid good. noticed the wires in cutting grid seem loose. waited thru another harvest and then 2nd ice slab slid onto cutting grid before it finished cutting first slab. cutting grid not cutting thru ice slab efficiently enough. ordering cutting grid. quoted 494.38. cx paid 384.38 and will owe 110.00 labor on return visit; ordrng 1 WP2313637 (cutting grid)"

SR#7736722563. cx complaint is moisture on the mullion and the ice coming out crushed when set to cubed. i tested IM, its dispensing properly but a lot of cubes are bridged. i adjusted fill height on IM and removed the bridged cubes from the bin. i found mullion is getting 14vdc. tested heater and found the wire is broken where it plugs into the connector. replaced mullion with preIDed part. unit is now working as designed."

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dryer isn't Drying clothes. Checked the Terminal Block for voltage. L1 to N = 122.1 Volts. L2 to N = 122. 4 Volts. L1 to L2 = 244.8 Volts. I then checked the Heater Element. Found that the Red Harness to the Heater Element isn't plugged in. Harness Connector is loose. Tightened the Harness by crimping the Harness. Harness Wire will not back out. Started the Dryer. Unit is Heating & Cycling. Unit is working as Designed. ( Please see Sd Pictures if any questions.)
