"Customer complaint is that the unit is collecting water under the fresh food drawers and the drawers are loose. Found that the back panel was pushing back against the shelves, preventing the shelves from seating properly. Also found the drain tube grommet on the fresh food side is pinched together, too much insulation has nearly closed it off completely. Panel reseated and the bottom drawer now runs smoothly, but the center drawer is binding on its shelf, the shelf rails are pinched and not allowing the drawer to move smoothly. Ordering shelf. Contacted Whirlpool tech support about the pinched grommet on the fresh food side. Determined that it is the same grommet as the freezer side. Ordering grommet. F8e1 long fill no fill F0e5 off balanced load Customer complaint unit is not washing any clothes and making loud noises wont fill with water. Arrived today and inspected unit and verified all complaints. Found two error codes involved in diagnostic mode during test cycle unit made loud roaring noise when agitating and spinning. Spun inner tub And found it is not round and has a pretty big sway to the tub. Lifted unit and inspected underneath and found your case oil on all parts cleaned up the best I could but the unit is going to need parts to properly repair. During test cycle I also have found that cold water trickles into unit due to clogged inlet valve. This year needs a lot of parts to repair. Ordering all parts for return visit.
