I would like to replace the OWI, and fan motor along with the wash motor at the same time not sure what is shorting what. "cx complaint is the water not dispensing fast enough. he says water is still slow, that it should splash water back out of the cup when dispensing. flow looks normal to me but cx says its not as good as it used to be. i called techline to see if they had any kind of specs on water flow. they said flow is dependent on water pressure from the house. they said 1 cup in 8 seconds is good flow. unit dispensed 3/4 cup in 8 seconds. they said its a little slow but blamed it on house pressure. they advised supply needs over 40psi to the unit. they said changing any parts wont increase water pressure. SR#7736736691. i advised cx to maybe have a plumber check the pressure and call us back if flow stops again. unit is working as designed."

Accessed juction box and found wires are connected correctly, checks voltage and found the unit getting 17v from L1to L2. Instructed cx to contact licensed electrician to repair wiring. After electrician repairs and still no power, cx will call back. Cx paid $120 service fee"

Ran unit through quick cycle, unit finished complete cycle with no issues. Called techline due to multiple visits and no found issues. Spoke to Austin SR# 7736738084 who said to ensure unit outlet has good ground and unit is on own dedicated breaker. Unit is on its own circuit, techline reccomends replacing control. Ordering control for return visit, return to be scheduled by office when parts arrive. CX requests FG for return visit due to previous history with technician.; ordrng 1 W11550649 (control)"

"cx complaint is the unit not doing anything, only flashing the sensing light. i checked for codes and found none saved. i ran the service cycle and unit filled, drained, lid latched, unit agitated and spun with no issues. i asked the cx to start the unit like he normally does. he pressed power then held start but lights did not move. i told him to make sure he was pressing the middle of the button and he repositioned his finger and unit started properly. cx was not pressing button properly. unit is working as designed."

cx says the unit didnt wash. f2e1(key) f6e4(float) f6e1(water) error codes in memory. ran the automatic test mode and the dispenser opens and the unit has no water in the tub. clips are not attached on the float assembly so the lever is no longer making contact with the switch. reinstalled and reran the diagnostic. the unit is filling washing draining blowing and heating good. dont believe the unit needs a sump at this time. cx to run the unit in full to test

"vibrating noise. not occuring during visit. cust had video, noise coming from bottom rear of unit. pulled unit out, found discharge tube pushed up against side of evaporation tray, would vibrate when compressor running. also adjusted water line to remove metal coupling from contacting back panel. pushed unit back in place and releveled. found air deflector at evap fan not clipped in on left side, possibly vibrating on evap cover. clipped in place, verified secure. all noises normal with compressor running."

CX complains unit is not drying dishes. Unit is under manufacture warranty. Found unit to be recieving 123vAC as well as control to be putting out 123vAC to heating element circuit. Found heating element to be getting hot and recieving 2.4 amps. CX is using rinse aid and it appears there is rinse aid being dispensed in the water. Called techline and spoke to Adrian SR# 7736741529 who said unit seems to be working as designed. CX will have to open door when cycle complete to allow unit to air dry.
