Unit showsF7e4-basket engagement failure.Ran unit through diagnostic test and found unit makes noise during agitation and when unit is supposed to be spinning unit agitater is spinning faster than the basket. Inspected under unit and found unit gearcase had failed. When trying to activate components unit froze and stopped responding. Unit took about 5 mins after being unplugged and plugged back in to respond again. Unit will need gearcase, clutch, rotor, stator, slider, and control for return visit. Return to be scheduled by office when all parts are apporved and arrive. washplate was seized on ordering washplate incase it needs replaced. "CX complaint circuit breaker trips when oven on.Tested unit by running a bake cycle, found delay on lighting and gas smell. The circuit breaker tripped after burner lighting. Removed oven bottom, found igniter too far from the burner. Bent the igniter bracket and made it parallel with the burner. Ran bake again, the burner lighted quickly, but the circuit breaker tripped again. Plugged unit in a different outlet/circuit, the burner lighted, but the breaker didn't trip anymore and the oven completed the preheat. Cx needs circuit breaker replacement."

Cx states at the end of half the cycles the unit shows F9E1 error code. Cx provided a prinout of all cycles that have been run. Was able to access unit and found FAE2 and F9E1 error. Ran diagnostic and went through with no issues but there was excessive suds in bottom of unit. Ran unit on quick wash with distilled vinegar to help break down. Contacted techline and spoke to ED SR#7736738025 swap out drain pump and dispenser to correct the issue. Ordering parts and once we have the P&L office will need to set return visit; ordrng 1 W11412291 (drain pump) and 1 W11412300 (dispenser)

"cx complaint is the unit niot dispensing detergent and running for excessive amount of time. cx said they started unit before going to bed and in the moring unit still showed 24min left unit was steaming hot but had no water in it. cx said heater beign stuck on has happened once, dispensor issue has happened several times. i found no saved codes. drip tray is clean. i ran the service cycle with no issues. terminal box is wired correctly and supplying 121vac. dispensor worked. i called techline to document, they had me ohms out heater (12ohms, in spec) and vent (1.1k ohms, in spec). they advised replacing the contorl and dispensor. SR#7736735444. documented with safety dept. SR#7736717870. ordering parts. schedule when available.; ordrng 1 W11412300 (dispensor) and 1 W11672039 (control board)"
